Portugal: Tribunal de apelações anula teste PCR e quarentena do Corona
O Tribunal de Recurso de Lisboa está suspendendo a quarentena por não considerar que o teste do PCR seja significativo. Se esse julgamento se tornar um precedente, a política de terror do coronavírus pode entrar em colapso como um castelo de cartas.

Embora cada vez mais cientistas conhecidos expressem dúvidas sobre os testes de PCR [mostre a transmissão www.kla.tv/17453], esses testes são usados em massa para provar uma alegada "infecção" pelo coronavírus. Apesar de todas as preocupações bem fundamentadas, esses testes continuam apresentando números recordes de infecções, que se destinam a justificar medidas para conter o COVID-19 e, mais recentemente, o “Lockdown Light” (bloqueio leve) proclamado pelo governo federal alemão.
Agora algo incrível aconteceu no pequeno país europeu Portugal: em 11 de novembro de 2020, o Tribunal de Apelação de Lisboa, em Portugal, declarou ilegal a quarentena de quatro portugueses. Dessas quatro pessoas, uma teve teste positivo para Covid-19 usando um teste de PCR, as outras três pessoas também foram colocadas em quarentena como contatos próximos. Um procedimento que é prática comum na Alemanha e em muitos outros países.
O tribunal se baseou no estudo científico de Rita Jaafer e colegas. O relatório foi publicado no Jornal Acadêmico de Oxford em 28 de setembro de 2020 e realizado por um grupo que reúne alguns dos maiores especialistas europeus e mundiais na área, disse o tribunal. O tribunal concluiu “que se o teste PCR for positivo, com um limite de ciclo de 35 ou superior (como é o caso na maioria das dos laboratórios dos EUA e da Europa), a probabilidade de infecção real é inferior a 3%. A probabilidade de uma pessoa receber um falso positivo de 97% ou mais”. Algumas preparações nem mesmo têm valor limite, ou seja, todas as amostras podem ser avaliadas como positivas. Isso pode parecer assustador, mas não é realmente surpreendente. Coincide com as declarações de muitos renomados cientistas como Mike Yeadon, vice-presidente e chefe de pesquisa médica da Pfizer, o segundo maior gigante farmacêutico do mundo, por 16 anos, e Stefano Scoglio, candidato ao Prêmio Nobel de Medicina em 2018, que nas últimas semanas e meses repetidamente apontou exatamente este problema do teste de PCR.
De acordo com o Instituto Robert Koch, entretanto, os atuais sistemas PCR de identificação são considerados indispensáveis e são padrão para diagnósticos. Atualmente, os regulamentos na Alemanha estipulam que todas as pessoas com teste positivo para o vírus devem entrar em quarentena. No entanto, o Tribunal de Apelação português rejeita terminantemente tal abordagem na sua fundamentação da sentença. De acordo com o tribunal, a prova de uma infecção por vírus também não é permitida sem o envolvimento de um médico registrado, o que, por sua vez, exclui completamente a prática na Alemanha e em muitos outros países. O tribunal deixa claro que considera a quarentena como uma detenção. No que se refere aos direitos fundamentais, o tribunal também afirma:
“Neste momento, as energias do país (ou seja, Portugal) estão centradas na emergência. Mas a necessidade de proteger os direitos fundamentais, também e sobretudo em caso de emergência, exige que os tribunais façam a sua [...] parte para garantir e proteger os direitos de quem quer que seja. [...] O que fazemos ou deixamos de fazer hoje para manter o cumprimento dos princípios básicos do sistema vai determinar o nosso futuro”.
A sentença do Tribunal de Apelação de Lisboa pode abrir um precedente que outros tribunais na Europa podem seguir. Já foi iniciada uma ação coletiva em 9 cidades da Sicília. Portanto, deve ser emocionante nas próximas semanas. Afinal, o teste de PCR e seus resultados positivos são a base de todo o cenário de horror que vivemos atualmente. Se a credibilidade do teste PCR cair, toda a política corona desmorona como um castelo de cartas.
