Two Polish soldiers stand up - appeal to all uniformed people!
Two Polish military personnel denounce blatant human rights violations. According to their understanding of the rule of law, the Polish authorities use uniformed services such as border guards, soldiers or police officers for their own power interests. Their appeal is directed at uniformed personnel in all countries, as they observe these developments in every country. They call on people to only follow orders that are in accordance with the law.

Aleksander Siergiej has the rank of sergeant major. He left the Polish Army in 2022 after 26 years of service because, in his opinion, the rights and freedoms of soldiers were blatantly violated. He appeared before a parliamentary commission of inquiry to report on abuses in the Polish Army.
Szymon Fijał is a lieutenant in the Polish Army and was most recently the commander of a light infantry company. He was discharged from the Army in 2021, after 10 years. During his almost ten years of service, he was decorated fourteen times. After testifying in the Polish Parliament about violations of the law and the persecution of soldiers, he was slandered and dismissed from the professional army. He was searched in various places and appeared in court eight times to defend his rights
What motivated you to become a professional soldier in the Polish Army?
Aleksander Siergiej: The desire to serve the nation, to defend values, to experience the adventure of life. My adventure lasted almost 26 years.
Szymon Fijał: I wanted to meet strong, determined and noble people with whom I would stand up for good together. I wanted to become such a person myself, so I decided to become an officer in the Polish Army and rose to the rank of lieutenant in the Polish Army.
Today you are no longer in the Army. Why?
Aleksander Siergiej: It started with the compulsory vaccination in the Army. I had to start judging my people based on whether they were vaccinated or not. I didn't like the idea of treating my subordinates badly just because they didn't want to be vaccinated. It was too much for me. I wanted to be able to look in the mirror with dignity. I transferred to a unit where there was not such strong coercion. But after a year I decided to leave anyway. I wanted to do more for people, be more active, and so I decided to leave. Just like that, overnight. Now I run a journalistic editorial office and deal with the problems of soldiers in service.
Szymon Fijał: I take the military oath I took literally. I take full responsibility for what I do and for the orders I give. During the state of epidemic declared in Poland, I was the commander of a light infantry company and had almost 150 soldiers under my command. I appeared publicly before the Polish Parliament (Sejm) to defend my subordinates against illegal forced vaccination. As a result, my superiors lied at my annual service assessment and rated me so low that the Minister of Defense was able to dismiss me, which he did on March 31, 2022. I won the case against the minister for wrongful dismissal in court in 2023, but the verdict is not yet final. In addition, in 2022 I was accused of keeping secret documents and I won that case too. The military prosecutor demanded my demotion and restriction of my freedom, but the military court acquitted me because there was no evidence of a crime. There will be another hearing on this case at the Military District Court in Warsaw on September 26, 2024.
Some soldiers, police officers, border guards founded the association "Bronimy Munduru - dla Przyszłych Pokoleń" (in English: "We defend the uniform for future generations") in Poland in October 20121. Szymon Fijał and Aleksander Siergiej are also members of this association.
Szymon Fijał: Since the beginning of 2021, so-called Covid vaccinations have been carried out in the armed forces. There was no official order for vaccination, nor was there a law, because that would have been unconstitutional. At the same time, I and other commanders were forced to increase the Covid-19 vaccination rate. All these measures were illegal, but unfortunately effective. Officially, less than 60% of the population in Poland has been vaccinated with at least one dose. We estimate that this rate was over 90% in the Polish Army. Before vaccination, each soldier signed a voluntary consent to the medical procedure - albeit often against his will. This means that no one bears responsibility for the negative effects of these vaccinations. Tragedies occurred, soldiers fell ill and, in extreme cases, became crippled or died, and they and their families received no additional help from the army - because the army believed that being vaccinated had nothing to do with military service, although soldiers were told that in 2022 they would discharge all those who were not vaccinated. Therefore, some of the uniformed officers, who received no help from their superiors and politicians, decided to take matters into their own hands and, in the face of the illegal actions,n to create a legally functioning association and to cooperate with other communities in Poland: with lawyers, real doctors, teachers and others. Together we stopped compulsory vaccination in Poland. After public protests and a public hearing, parliamentarians rejected the bill introducing compulsory COVID vaccination! How big is the association already and what are the goals? Aleksander Siergiej: Well, there may not be many in our association. We are about 300 uniformed people and these are soldiers, border guards, police officers, firefighters and many more. But we know that other uniformed people are looking at us and counting on us but they are afraid to come to us Szymon Fijał: Our goal is for soldiers and officers in uniform of all countries to protect their nations and the future generations of their compatriots. That soldiers are only guarantors of the sovereignty of nations and are not used by the authorities unlawfully, contrary to their oath of loyalty to the nation and against their own citizens. We call for and will continue to call for action in accordance with the law and the defence of human rights. We do not give in to the mass hysteria that the media and politicians are trying to create. We are committed to public order.
A new law has recently allowed Polish soldiers to use firearms. At the same time, this law also states that the military can be used in internal operations even in peacetime. What do you say about this?
Szymon Fijał: First of all, the right to use weapons has always been a good right and does not need to be improved. Anyone who is entitled to carry weapons can use them for necessary defence, and the uniformed services have the right to use them to defend the inviolability of borders. Using a firearm means shooting another person with penetrating ammunition. Unfortunately, this right was violated by the soldiers' superiors, who did not even allow them to use their weapons to fire warning shots. This is a violation of the fundamental right to life guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights. Anyone whose life is threatened has the right to defend themselves. In Poland, the law is structured in such a way that it even implies a duty to defend themselves if necessary - out of concern for the common good. One of the soldiers who was on duty at the border was killed by so-called refugees with a makeshift spear. I believe that this tragedy was deliberately caused in order to find a pretext to change the law and smuggle into the law the possibility of using soldiers for military operations in peacetime on Polish territory. The possibilities for the use of the Polish Army by the authorities have been expanded, and now the President of the Republic of Poland can transfer these new powers to NATO troops stationed in Poland. For example, there is a new law that can allow NATO troops in peacetime to take part in operations when the security of the Polish state is threatened, e.g. to suppress unrest on Polish territory. In 2023, soldiers from the USA, Canada, Northern Ireland and the UK were granted the right to use firearms by the President of Poland.
Aleksander Siergiej: : I could give two more examples of what is currently happening at the border. Many soldiers have been told that they need to think before using their weapons. The reintroduction of a 200-meter buffer zone has been announced. The soldiers will only react if illegal people appear in this zone. In an emergency, it will be possible to use means to repel an attack. The principle of "proportionality" has been invented. This means that if a soldier sees a person crossing the border illegally and finds that he has a knife, for example, he cannot use his weapon. He can then use his bayonet, because that is what he has a bayonet for. This is nonsense! Fortunately, many soldiers do not order their subordinates to follow this nonsense. Another case: the court in Bialystok upheld the claim of an Afghan who fell while climbing over a fence and broke his foot. In a Polish hospital, a cast was put on his foot and he was later returned to Belarus. When he left for Minsk, Polish activists pointed out to him that he could file a lawsuit against being returned to the border with the administrative court. The first such case dates back to 2023, in which three Afghans are demanding PLN 240,000. The consideration of the claim is dragging on because two of the “illegallen" have left Poland and are to be questioned by the authorities of another country where they have already settled. We defend the country and often get into trouble. Instead, they fight for compensation.
So soldiers are punished for defending the country's borders and even their own lives, and those who cross the border illegally are even rewarded for doing so. Couldn't such events and twisting of the law even trigger a war?
Szymon Fijał: We believe that the threat to people is not only the war that we are constantly being told to fear, but also the blatant human rights violations that the authorities use the uniformed services for in peacetime. Across the so-called Western world, we are facing a similar situation to that triggered by the mass COVID-19 vaccination campaign. Individual states are being deprived of their sovereignty and people are even deprived of the right to life, which is guaranteed by the right to necessary defense against a threat. We have sworn to defend the nation, not to follow a supranational agenda.
Is it so important for them to network internationally because of this supranational agenda?
Aleksander Siergiej: What happened has happened to us people in uniform more or less everywhere, regardless of which uniform we wear or which country we serve in. I know that in Germany, for example, the following soldiers were sentenced to prison for not getting vaccinated: Jan Reiners, Alexander Bittner, who was sentenced to six months in prison and has now gone on hunger strike, the soldier Woitalla, who was expelled from the army after 20 years, and Daniel Futschik, who was suspended. It is important that we uniformed people know that it doesn't matter which country... it's basically the same everywhere! Governments need us uniformed people to intimidate the public. Without us they can do nothing. They need us to spread fear. We are their - one could say - armed arm. Without us they will do NOTHING! Without the services they are nothing. If we abide by the law, society is safe. That is why it is important that a spark in one country makes people in another country stop being afraid. Stop being afraid! and ask for just one thing: let us work according to the law.
The two Polish soldiers conclude by making the following appeal to all those in uniform:
Szymon Fijał: Soldiers and other people in uniform uphold the constitution and serve their nation, not the interests of those in power. We will not allow the sovereignty of our country and the right to life of our compatriots to be violated. This is our obligation to our past and future generations.
Aleksander Siergiej: Our appeal to all officials in uniform: The nation needs you to protect the law. Politicians need you to break it. Remember who you swore to serve! We are not asking you NOT to follow orders: you must follow them, but only those that are in accordance with the law.

Szymon Fijał invites every spectator to actively participate in his court proceedings, be it as a social factor (party), spectator or media:
