Wir aus dem Studio St.Gallen begrüssen Sie zu einer weiteren Sendung hier auf Klagemauer-TV. Das Ehe- und Familienrecht in der Schweiz soll sich gemäss Fachleuten und Politikern verschiedenster Sektionen einschneidend verändern. Am 24.6.2014 äußerten sich an der Tagung „Avenir Familles!“ – „Zukunft Familien“ – der Universität Fribourg Schweiz „hochkarätige Fachleute“ aus den Bereichen Ehe- und Familienrecht, Familienforschung und Kinderschutz sowie zahlreiche Politiker zur Zukunft des Schweizer Familienrechts. Ihre Forderungen formulierten sie folgendermassen: „Die Ehe ist auch für gleichgeschlechtliche Personen zu öffnen. Eheverbote, wie beispielsweise das Inzestverbot zwischen Geschwistern, sind weiter zurückzufahren. […] Die obligatorische Zivilehe ist abzuschaffen und verheiratete, unverheiratete, verschiedengeschlechtliche und gleichgeschlechtliche Paare sind in puncto Adoption gleichzustellen. Auch das Verbot polygamer, das meint die Ehe zwischen mehreren Personen wird verhandelbar werden.” Liebe Zuschauerinnen und Zuschauer brisant und auffällig erscheint neben diesen Formulierungen wohl, dass sich die Teilnehmer der Tagung einig waren, dass sich diese Absichten zur Öffnung des Ehe- und Familienrechts nur schrittweise umsetzen lassen, da sich weder im Parlament noch in der Bevölkerung eine diesem Vorschlag zustimmende Mehrheit finden lassen wird. Obwohl sich die Fachleute und Politiker dieser Tagung der schwierigen Umsetzung ihrer Pläne bewusst sind, sehen sie sie dennoch als die Zukunft des Ehe- und Familienrechts in der Schweiz an. Sehen Sie das genauso? Wenn nicht, dann Schweigen auch Sie nicht zu solchen Entwicklungen, sondern helfen Sie mit über solche Absichten zu informieren und der bislang bewährten Familienkonstellation das Recht zuzusprechen, das ihr gebührt.
