The ruinous Corona measures, climate policy, immigration policy and much more are not without impact and leaving their mark on the population. The question is increasingly being raised as to whether the government is working AGAINST the people. The paperback "Politics against Germany: The political class is rejecting the people" was published in 2016, well before Corona and the climate policy, which many citizens consider excessive. Author Günter Köchy complains about the imposed immigration policy. In this program we put together evidence that confirms the impression that politics and the judiciary are working AGAINST Germany. 01_Höcke verdict - anti-German politics and justice? On May 14, 2024, top AfD politician Björn Höcke was sentenced to a fine of 13,000 euros for his statement "Everything for Germany!" The trigger was the complaint filed by the Green parliamentary manager of the Saxony-Anhalt parliamentary group, Sebastian Striegel. Höcke's lawyer Dr. Ulrich Vosgerau, a widely recognized constitutional lawyer, attested: "Indeed, a miscarriage of justice!" And not without reason. Because the court relied solely on his assumption without any proof. According to him, Höcke intentionally incorporated the allegedly exclusive Nazi slogan "Everything for Germany!" into an election speech, knowing that its use was punishable. The presumption of innocence, the basis of the rule of law, was brushed aside. Politicians and the judiciary also completely ignored the fact that Höcke's call was already in use in the 19th century. And even to this day, for example by the prominent CSU MP Dorothee Bär. Prosecutor Striegel, for his part, had rejoiced in 2015 with the slogan: "Immigration until the death of the people." Without punishment, by the way. Doesn't that expose the obvious anti-German attitude of politicians and the judiciary? 02_The Office for the Protection of the Constitution as an agent of politics Mathias Brodkorb, SPD politician, former Minister of Finance and Education, takes a close look at the German Office for the Protection of the Constitution in his book "Thought Police in the Constitutional State?" The work has the subtitle "The Office for the Protection of the Constitution as an agent of politics". In it, he examined six case studies, such as the protests against Corona measures, the private fundraising for those affected by the flood in the Ahr Valley or the AfD. The interventions of the secret service are highly problematic in an unprecedented way. Brodkorb shows how the Office for the Protection of the Constitution is overstepping its limits in violation of the rule of law and reinterpreting legitimate exercise of fundamental rights as dangerous political extremism. The Office for the Protection of the Constitution prefers to formulate things that are right-wing extremist and dangerous in a vague way so that they can be applied as widely as possible. Because the Office for the Protection of the Constitution is thus showing itself to be an agent of politics, Brodkorb is calling for the abolition of the German Office for the Protection of the Constitution's federal and state authorities. 03_Expensive Great Reset and climate propaganda "The more disastrous the practical effects of the traffic light policy become, the more tax money it spends on its propaganda." This is the conclusion of the website ansage.org. At the request of the AfD, the German government released a list of over 100 pages. According to this, around 85 million euros were spent on information measures, advertising, etc. in 2023. In 2022, it was even around 195 million euros. According to ansage.org, a not insignificant item is made up of propaganda works disguised as "studies". For example, "Muslim hostility - a German balance sheet", a supposed "study" that Interior Minister Nancy Faeser had happily welcomed in June 2023. In March 2024, the study was completely deleted after a successful lawsuit by journalist Henryk M. Broder. ansage.org concludes: "Some ideological projects from the left's cloud cuckoo land are not only being implemented for millions and billions, but are also being advertised at horrendous costs." 04_New conscription in Germany - based on the Ukrainian model? After long discussions, the CDU voted at its party conference for a gradual return to conscription in Germany. Young men and women would therefore have to join the army or work in the social sector for a certain period of time. It had been suspended since 2011. Until it is finally implemented, a "contingent conscription" is to be introduced, whereby people are drafted according to the Bundeswehr's personnel requirements. In view of the current situation in Ukraine, such formulations are striking. According to YouTuber Krissy Rieger, the contingent conscription in Ukraine currently means that almost all men are forcibly recruited. They are drafted on the street and taken away. Others are dragged out of restaurants, shops, their own cars or their own homes and sent to the front. Usually for a long time, often for a permanent non-reunion. This is how an entire nation slowly but surely bleeds out. Do we want that for Germany too?In view of the excessive state injustice, many still say: "Oh, there's nothing you can do!" And yet Mahatma Gandhi's self-defense measures, namely his persistent adherence to the truth and non-violent resistance, made him famous worldwide during his lifetime and a role model for many to this day. Berthold Brecht also called on the people to use self-defense: "When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty." Wikipedia writes: "In German criminal and civil law, self-defense refers to the defensive action that is necessary to avert a current unlawful attack on oneself or another. Self-defense can be exercised to protect one's own and others' individual legal interests, such as life, limb and property. The right to self-defense is based on the principle of legal probation. For this reason, an action justified by self-defense is not wrong."
