Nevertheless there are politicians, even some with former pacifist views, who continue to fuel the war. Does this world-wide negative development happen by chance or is it caused by human failure, or is there more to it than meets the eye? If the latter is the case, there must be a power capable of steering and commanding such world-wide developments. However, does such a power really exist? Finance and economics expert Ernst Wolff answers this question with a definite 'yes'. According to Wolff the Digital-Financial Complex, these are the big IT concerns and finance companies, led by BlackRock and Vanguard, has become a power that rules the world. BlackRock and Vanguard are so-called asset-managers who predominantly manage the money of the super-rich. Thus it happened that BlackRock for instance, swiftly became the word-wide biggest asset manager when the Rothschild family transferred $2.8 trillion to BlackRock. Today, the world’s ten biggest asset managers manage assets amounting to USD 45 trillion. These are riches surpassing the combined gross national products of the USA, China, Japan and Germany. Note that through their shareholdings BlackRock and Vanguard together dominate all the other big asset managers and multi-national corporations as well as the biggest IT-concerns such as Microsoft, Apple, Alphabet, Amazon and Facebook. However, since they are relying on the IT-services of the latter, there has developed a mutual dependency, due to which they have amalgamated to become one unit, namely the “Digital-Financial Complex”. The power of the IT concerns is achieved by their controlling the world’s data flow through which they have the capacity to see into everyone and everything. This knowledge is of such great significance that besides the money the control of data also rules the world. Thus the merging of the IT and finance concerns has given rise to the greatest concentration of power that has ever existed. But what bestows upon this powerful complex so much influence that it is even capable of directing the destiny of the world? Ernst Wolff answers this as follows: 1. Owing to their financial strength, asset managers are able to control any market in the world at will and bring recalcitrant governments to their knees. 2. Since the big banks and the major central banks do not have a comparable analysis system, they get their analyses via BlackRock’s globally unique “Aladdin” financial data analysis system. This system now provides the basis for all their decisions, allowing BlackRock to control and influence global fiscal policy according to its will. 3. The media are now also under the dictates of this cartel. BlackRock and Vanguard determine, for example through their large shareholdings, the media coverage of the ten largest U.S. media companies. 4. Important NGOs, such as Greenpeace and Amnesty International, are subjugated to the will of these corporations, just like science and universities since they are all dependent on their money. 5. However, powerful foundations such as – listen and be amazed – George Soros’ Open Society Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum WEF serve as the most important henchmen of this digital-financial complex. The Open Society Foundation, for example, has been subverting politics, media and education worldwide since its founding in 1979, and in the past it has even been involved in the overthrow of inconvenient governments. Foundations such as the Gates Foundation or the WEF in turn rule over the entire UN and also the WHO. In addition, the WEF has been training the political and industrial elite since 1992 through its Young Global Leader program. This includes, for example, the Prime Ministers of Finland, Belgium, New Zealand, Canada and also the French President Emmanuel Macron are among the Young Global Leaders who represent the WEF agenda. Likewise Angela Merkel, Mark Zuckerberg (the founder of Facebook), Jeff Bezos (the founder of Amazon), Elon Musk and also Bill Gates. If one considers these global entanglements and networks, the digital-financial complex resembles a powerful octopus through which a few super-rich people, such as the Rothschilds or the Rockefellers, steer the destiny of the world from behind the scene. According to Ernst Wolff, the current crises serve to enrich them and to expand and consolidate their power. Their greatest fear is that mankind will learn that there are really very few of them. In conclusion, a quote from Ernst Wolff: “And I think that the greatest and most important message of our time is that the power of the people who are causing all this, who are leading the WEF, who are leading the digital-financial complex, is not based on the amount of money they have and not on the fact that they are using whole armies for themselves, but that their power is based on the fact that the vast majority of people do not understand all this. [...] And as I said, we are facing a tremendous time of upheavals, but I firmly believe that the most important thing in these times will remain enlightenment. And I am firmly convinced that if a large number of people understand what is going on, then we will also find solutions. [...] And I think that’s why we really shouldn’t give up at this phase, even if everything looks very dark at the moment, when darker and darker clouds are gathering in the sky. I believe that these dark clouds will also douse some in such a torrent of rain that as a result they will open their eyes and see what is really going on around them.”
