“The pharmaceutical industry in Germany can do whatever it wants,” claims a criminal investigator in a ZDF report on the pharmaceutical cartel. And how right he is with his statement proves how politics and the judiciary are entangled in the same quagmire. Even the Mafia can still learn from their machinations, says the official about Big Pharma.

The Corona crisis has brought the pharmaceutical industry billions in profits. However, not just since Corona has Big Pharma turned out to be a criminal organization, although it has never really been held accountable for the crimes it committed, so far. In the 2008 ZDF (Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen) report on Frontal 21 "Das Pharma-Kartell – Wie Patienten betrogen werden" (The Pharmaceutical Cartel – How patients are being deceived), criminal investigator Uwe Dolata explained that in Germany there had never been any criminal conviction of the pharmaceutical industry for corruption or bribery in commercial transactions, nothing that could provide a deterrent. "[...] the pharmaceutical industry can do as it likes in Germany!", Dolata said.
Further it is said in the program that Pharma forms a net of corruption. Many physicians and self-help groups let themselves be corrupted by lavish bribes, but also by threats into becoming Pharma marketing agents. One would not shrink back from property damages, threatening calls and even direct stalking. Fact is that criminal proceedings do exist in Germany, however, in very few cases would these end up in court. As a rule, pharmaceutical managers get off unscathed. "Experts estimate that the pharmaceutical industry spends 10% of its revenues on research, but 40% on marketing." Medical journalist and author Hans Weiss explains why, for example, the package of an infusion may cost about €680, whereas the portion of cost for the real active ingredient is just €1. According to Weiss, there is no other industry that makes such high profits of 20 to 30% from turnovers. In the USA, pharmaceutical companies have already had to pay billions in penalties to injured parties in out- of-court settlements.
Obviously, they can easily afford such penalties because of the profits they pocket. However, the most evil of their crimes is that drugs are brought to market that harm people, even to the point of death. For example, Pfizer and Eli Lilly put anti-depressants to the market that had been provably shown to lead to many suicides. After the connection between the drug and the incidence of suicide was established, the drug was not taken off the market. From then on, there was only a note in the package insert that the drug might trigger suicide in some cases.
Vaccines administered in Congo, Afghanistan and the Philippines are other examples that triggered epidemics and polio to explode worldwide. In 1996, Pfizer tested the now finally banned antibiotic Trovan on about 200 children in Nigeria. More than 50 children died from the effects of the drug, which had not previously been tested on humans, while many others developed mental and physical deformities.
Pfizer attained out-of-court damages payments, although the victims rejected an out-of-court settlement in the first go! As late as in 2011, after 15 years, there were the first payments to the victims. The above examples are only a small excerpt from the list of known pharmaceutical crimes.
Further Dolata states in the report: "Ultimately we are actually dealing with structures here, from which the Mafia could still learn. Unscrupulous doctors and money-grubbing corporations are helping themselves to profits from the health care system with complete impunity. And the tricks are getting ever more sophisticated!" Politicians like former Minister of Health Horst Seehofer blatantly admitted: "The pressure of the pharmaceutical lobby was too great."
With so much suffering caused, criminal consequences should have followed long ago; instead, they faded into the equally mafia-like judicial and media quagmire. To this day, nothing has changed. On the contrary! Pfizer and Co. unhamperedly produce their poison cocktails, preferring vaccines, by now even without official authorization, since the state gives its okay. The state’s support of the pharmaceutical companies’ crimes can mean nothing but that the state itself has become a part of the corrupt system. And the peoples are, how it could be otherwise, as always the deceived ones.
This corrupt extension of power to the government – and the accompanying wealth obtained by fraud – is an unsurpassable crime. Therefore, the only consequence that applies here is: First, demanding restitution for all deceived and secondly, bringing those responsible to account!
