Lægemiddelkartellet: organiseret kriminalitet uden domfældelse! Corona-krisen har givet medicinalindustrien milliarder i overskud. Det har imidlertid vist sig at være en kriminel organisation, ikke kun siden Corona, men indtil videre er Big Pharma aldrig blevet stillet til ansvar for de forbrydelser, der er begået. I ZDF-reportagen „Det farmaceutiske kartel – hvordan patienterne bliver snydt” fra 2008 på Frontal 21 forklarer kriminalassistent Uwe Dolata, at der aldrig er blevet afsagt dom over medicinalindustrien i Tyskland for korruption eller bestikkelse i forbindelse med handelstransaktioner. Intet, der kan virke afskrækkende, „ [...] medicinalindustrien kan gøre, hvad den vil i Tyskland! “, siger Dolata. Programmet fortsætter med at sige, at medicinalindustrien udgør et netværk af korruption. Mange læger og selvhjælpsgrupper lader sig korrumpere af overdådige bestikkelser, men også af trusler om at blive markedsføringsagenter for lægemidler. De viger ikke tilbage for skader på ejendom, truende telefonopkald og endda direkte stalking. Der er straffesager i Tyskland. Det er dog kun i meget få tilfælde, at de ender i retten. Som regel slipper lægemiddeladministratorer ustraffet. „Eksperter anslår, at medicinalindustrien bruger 10 % af sine indtægter på forskning og 40 % på markedsføring. “ Den medicinske journalist og forfatter Hans Weiss forklarer, hvorfor f.eks. en infusionspakke kan koste omkring 680 €, hvor andelen af den reelle aktive ingrediens kun koster 1 €. Ifølge Weiss er der ingen anden branche, der har en så høj fortjeneste på 20-30 % af salget. I USA har medicinalvirksomhederne allerede måttet betale milliarder i bøder til skadelidte udenretsligt. De har tydeligvis let råd til sådanne bøder på grund af den fortjeneste, de får i lommen. Men den ondeste af deres forbrydelser er, at der markedsføres stoffer, som skader mennesker, selv i dødens omfang. F.eks. markedsførte Pfizer og Eli Lilly antidepressiva, som beviseligt har ført til flere personers selvmord. Efter at forbindelsen mellem stoffet og selvmordet var blevet fastslået, blev stoffet ikke taget af markedet. Fra da af var der kun en note i indlægssedlen om, at lægemidlet i nogle tilfælde kan udløse selvmord. Vacciner, der blev givet i Congo, Afghanistan og Filippinerne, er andre eksempler, som forårsagede epidemier og eksploderede polio på verdensplan. I 1996 testede Pfizer det nu endelig forbudte antibiotikum Trovan på omkring 200 børn i Nigeria. Mere end 50 børn døde af virkningerne af stoffet, som ikke tidligere var blevet testet på mennesker, mens mange andre børn udviklede mentale og fysiske misdannelser. Pfizer vandt en erstatning uden for domstolene, selv om ofrene i første omgang afviste et forlig uden for domstolene! I 2011, 15 år senere, blev de første udbetalinger foretaget til ofrene. De nævnte eksempler er kun et lille uddrag af listen over kendte farmaceutiske forbrydelser. Dolata udtaler endvidere i rapporten: „Vi har endda at gøre med strukturer, som mafiaen kunne lære noget af. Skruppelløse læger og pengegriske virksomheder tager helt ustraffet del i sundhedssystemet. Og tricksene bliver mere og mere sofistikerede!“ Politikere som den daværende sundhedsminister Horst Seehofer indrømmede da også bare åbenlyst: „Presset fra lægemiddellobbyen var for stort.“ Med så mange lidelser, der blev forårsaget, burde der for længst have været strafferetlige konsekvenser, men i stedet forsvandt det i et lige så mafialignende retssystem og et mediesmørke. Den dag i dag er der intet, der har ændret sig. Tværtimod! Pfizer og Co. fremstiller deres giftige cocktails uhindret, med en præference for vacciner, i mellemtiden endda uden officiel godkendelse, da staten nu tillader det. Statens støtte til medicinalfirmaernes forbrydelser kan ikke betyde andet end, at staten selv er blevet en del af det korrupte system. Og folkene er, hvordan kunne det være anderledes, som altid de bedragne. Denne korrupte udvidelse af magten til magthaverne – og den rigdom, der følger med den – er en uovertruffen forbrydelse. Derfor må kun én ting gælde her: For det første at kræve tilbagebetaling til alle dem, der er blevet snydt, og for det andet at stille de ansvarlige til ansvar en gang for alle!
