Covid vaccination injuries – New template for criminal charges

Ivo Sasek: I address the public prosecutor with this speech: While the public prosecutor has to automatically intervene in case of even the slightest suspicion of an act of violence or even killing - for example, if a lifeless body is found somewhere (...) a newborn child dies at birth, etc. - the same doesn’t apply at all, unfortunately for "Covid vaccine injured" and "Covid vaccine deaths". I therefore feel obligated, downright obligated, to file a criminal charge against persons unknown, so that you can thoroughly investigate and deal with the deplored circumstances that are brought forward hereinafter. First of all, it should be noted that countless high-ranking pharma-independent virologists, epidemiologists, medical specialists, etc., have precisely predicted well before the Covid vaccination campaigns, what cruelty will hit us that could have been quite avoidable. Unfortunately, all their warnings have so far come increasingly true. From the outset, however, the mass media have consistently and categorically censored, distorted or for the least reviled their testimonies. The public discourse which was stubbornly refused in the mass media from the very beginning, and amazingly worldwide, stimulated various researches for the reason behind all this, that is the question. The results listed in the appendix unfortunately show completely unacceptable connections, entanglements between Big Pharma, politics and mass media at the same time. I say unacceptable because the extremely "epidemic-profiting pharmaceutical industry" with its lobby is dominating the entire course of the Covid-"Pandemic". The whole matter is also particularly important because these warning specialists revealed at a very early stage that this is definitely not a "vaccination" but a highly dangerous, completely inadequately tested "human experiment", which will produce masses of corpses and most seriously injured people. Some of their technical arguments are therefore attached in the appendix. For the affected peoples, unfortunately, there are no consistent thorough investigations by public prosecutors to date, I know of nothing - even after such investigations were insistently demanded by millions of screaming demonstrators all over the world. Even in Switzerland, however, the following developments alone can statistically no longer be overlooked: the public prosecutor may thoroughly investigate, together with truly independent experts, what exactly is behind the e.g. 178 cases when people died after a Covid-19 vaccination in Switzerland. But this figure only includes the cases reported to Swissmedic, the Swiss regulatory and supervisory authority, from January 1st, 2021 to December 14th, 2021. Converted to the entire year, this corresponds to at least 186 deaths. These shocking official figures demonstrate an increase of a whopping 14,200% compared to the annual average of 1.3 deaths before the Covid-19 vaccination began (from 2011 to and including 2020). [1/2] In almost all parts of the world, these drastic increases are similar, not so rarely even far worse. In Germany, for instance, the statistically ascertainable increase in the same time period was over 24,000% (see Appendix for evidence). Since these figures only include clear cases, and thus absolutely no unreported figures, a much higher total number of deaths must be expected. A matter for the public prosecutor. The independent, academic research group "Swiss Policy Research" speaks of an extrapolated figure of 500 vaccine-related deaths for the year 2021, on the basis of comparative data from the USA and Europe. According to international analyses, even among seniors, about 85% of reported deaths are definitely, or probably directly linked to the vaccination. [3] The same applies to the reported mild to severe vaccine injuries that skyrocketed immediately after the Covid vaccines were administered. At Swissmedic alone, 4,118 serious cases (life-threatening, with hospitalization or death) were reported in 2021, immediately after Covid vaccination. This is an increase of approximately 10,200% compared to the annual average of 39.7 serious cases prior to the start of Covid-19 vaccinations, from 2011 to and including 2020. According to the "Swiss Policy Research", there should even be about 20,000 serious vaccine reactions extrapolated for 2021 as a whole in Switzerland alone - which corresponds to an increase of about 50,000% compared to the years 2011 to 2020! Although thousands of high-ranking, fully independent scientists, virologists, epidemiologists, biologists, physicians etc. from all over the world warned of the outbreak of this scandal many months before the start of the Covid vaccination, there are no neutral pathological investigations in Switzerland as to whether the Covid vaccination itself could be the primary cause for the increased spread of the virus following vaccination as well as its unusual variants despite the timely warnings of upcoming vaccination breakthroughs and countless injuries and mass deaths. We were warned! And still before the beginning of the vaccinations, the same independent expert luminaries – that’s what I would like to call them – warned of the possible late consequences of the vaccinations still to come which should even be more cruel. A former high-ranking Pfizer boss described the forthcoming late vaccination consequences as "bare hell on earth". The following three examples from the pathology laboratory in Reutlingen, Germany, which were made public at the press conference on September 20, 2021, show that this absolutely needs to be investigated. [4] These are the same Covid-19 vaccines that are used in Switzerland. Example 1: The German pathologist Prof. Dr. Schirmacher published in the German ‘Ärzteblatt’ that he had autopsied 40 corpses of people who died within 14 days after Covid vaccination. His result showed that there is a direct connection with this vaccination in almost 40% of the cases. Example 2: The pathologists Prof. Dr. Burkhardt and Prof. Dr. Lang evaluated 10 autopsy cases after Corona vaccinations. They come to the following conclusion: There is a "lymphocyte rampage" taking place which is a reaction of the body to these vaccinations. This is their testimony and it must be investigated. There is a mass attack of lymphocytes, especially in the lungs and in the heart, but also in various other organs, which leads to inflammation and organ failure with fatal consequence. Example 3: Prof. Dr. Werner Bergholz said at the press conference that they had about 40 million vaccinations per year in Germany from 2000 to 2020, with about 20 deaths. Already that is not good, of course. In 2021, however, up to and including July 31, 1,230 people died. Dr. Bergholz correctly said that this is a dramatic increase. According to the lawyers present at this press conference, the suspicion that this is a real crime against the people, increased. In Switzerland, the situation is likely to be the same, since the vaccines are the same and the number of deaths increase similarly. This is therefore a criminal charge against persons unknown, namely because of the most serious suspicion of negligent mass killing, through means of a human experiment declared as a vaccination, which however clearly contradicts the binding judgments of the "Nuremberg Trials" (further evidence is attached in the appendix). The attached testimonies originate from above-mentioned high-grade experts along with thousands of doctors - which, however, as I already said, are categorically being suppressed by our mass media against better knowledge, and this from the start of the Covid scenario. In their own effort and at their own expense over the years now, countless free media volunteers collected these suppressed voices, and uncensored facts, and have literally shouted them out into the world. But what is absolutely incomprehensible is, that these expert voices have not led to any appropriate investigations by the public prosecutors, the courts, and indeed, the justice altogether. Absolutely incomprehensible, when they have to intervene in all kinds of other cases. If you, esteemed public prosecutor's office, would once again not take up this criminal charge, for whatever reason, I ask for your binding instruction and your professional advice, with what legal means and above all through what legal channels long-term affected citizens and eyewitnesses can defend themselves under these circumstances. What should be done in case of a (certainly possible) judiciary error, if there is simply no support by the judiciary, but the burden of the duty to provide information on the side of the citizens continues to grow, or rather becomes even more intense all the time? What needs to be done? In my opinion, it is precisely this constellation that requires the most urgent clarification, because people are left alone with such an unbearable burden that on top of that, completely unpredictable and especially destructive reactions could break out at any time - a case for the prosecutor. With the current additional fueling of tensions by the media between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated, this provides a most dangerous incentive that could even potentially provoke a civil war. And this particularly with regard to the emphatic warning calls of the highest-ranking genuinely independent experts, who have brought serious evidence on how a creeping genocide is even underway here, but which unfortunately has not been recognized yet by the most important decision-makers and protective authorities. Expecting that you will deal with the attached witness statements in a consistently rational manner, I thank you for that, Mr. Prosecutor.
