In the program linked here, I talked about the importance of keeping a close eye on the start of the vaccination phase to see what the mortality rates are. You remember. Meanwhile, the official count shows that the average deaths since the start of the Corona vaccination have increased by no less than about 24,000% - and that without any dark figure. That would have to be projected higher again. Now I’ve come across some explosive revelations again about a vaccination monster that not only has Switzerland, but all countries of the world in its stranglehold. But you can see from the Swiss example what it comes down to when you get involved with a global vaccination alliance. We are talking about GAVI here. Our Swiss Federal Council has already done this on June 23, 2009, by completely bypassing the people and democracy and making an agreement with GAVI. This agreement is so explosive - that it is completely unacceptable that still most of the Swiss, and also the earth’s citizens, know nothing about it. So before we look at what monstrosities our Swiss Federal Council is capable of, we Swiss have to realize that we will give absolute power over us to this very Federal Council, until the end of 2031, if we do not put a clear “NO, to the tightening of the Covid law” into the ballot boxes, on the coming 28th of November 2021! But first, a brief overview of what GAVI is all about: In 1999, representatives of the Association of Pharmaceutical Companies met in the Bellagio Center in Italy with representatives of UNICEF, the World Bank, the Rockefeller Foundation, the WHO and of course, with whom else, Bill Gates. There, they discussed vaccine programs for developing countries, which until then had been financed by the Rockefeller Foundation and implemented by the WHO. But these vaccine programs suffered repeatedly from financial bottlenecks - as they say. That's why it was decided at this meeting to establish GAVI, meaning the Global Vaccine Alliance. Bill Gates gave the new comer GAVI a small start-up grant of 750 million dollars. The following year, the foundation of GAVI was officially announced at the World Economic Forum - the WEF - in Davos. Not to the Swiss people!... Understand well now what I am saying here. GAVI's primary goal is to provide developing countries with access to vaccines and to integrate vaccine programs in developing countries into their healthcare systems. At the very latest, since Corona we know who GAVI counts as developing countries. Since 2019, the entire world has been in the stranglehold of this global octopus known as the Vaccine Alliance. GAVI has never been democratically legitimized anywhere. GAVI is merely a private foundation based in Geneva. It is governed by an 18-member board of directors. On this board, as mentioned earlier, are representatives of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Bank, the WHO, UNICEF; but then also government representatives of the member countries of GAVI, government representatives of the developing countries that participate in GAVI programs, etc. And of course there are also representatives of vaccine manufacturers in droves together with leaders from the financial sector; and also various non-governmental organizations (so-called NGOs) and - all these together in ONE board of directors. So much to the basic background knowledge about GAVI. But, now we have to come back to this agreement between the Swiss Federal Council and GAVI. In this agreement, GAVI is all of a sudden recognized "by Switzerland" - i.e. in the name of Switzerland - as an international legal entity. And this, although the client of the Federal Council, i.e. the Swiss people, did not know anything about this - I’ll say: "secret society” GAVI - about this entity. So it is just like - I’ll make a comparison here: as if my wife would found a gigantic, ominous company behind my back in my name, of which I do not have the faintest clue, but for whose actions I’m fully liable and can be called to account for at any time. Do you understand? And now let's take a look at what privileges our Federal Council has guaranteed this GAVI in the name of "Switzerland", behind our backs: For example, the inviolability of all buildings and the grounds in Geneva where GAVI is located. Inviolability? What is that? Let me tell you - for those who do not understand this word. In plain language, it means that no representative of the Swiss authorities may enter any of GAVI's buildings or grounds without the express permission of GAVI's director. Interesting, isn't it? In the name of the Swiss sovereign, who, however, knows nothing about it, it has been legally recognized here that the buildings as well as the grounds and the assets of GAVI may never be investigated, may not be confiscated, may not be expropriated and certainly may not be foreclosed. The Swiss people have no power here. Without our knowledge, however, it was acknowledged in the name of Switzerland that all archives, all documents and all data carriers of GAVI are inviolable, untouchable. Not any personality or authority, no matter how high, may access their correspondence, their documents, their data carriers, etc.. Moreover, GAVI was granted immunity from jurisdiction and execution by the Swiss Federal Council. Just imagine that! With the exception of vehicle offenses, if you cause any accident with the car. Anything else is not allowed. In other words, GAVI can receive any kind of assets or movable assets, can keep them, convert them, transfer them and can dispose of them freely in Switzerland. The transport or dispatch of correspondence or of data carriers is considered diplomatic baggage. All funds or all foundations under the supervision of GAVI together enjoy the same rights as GAVI itself - given by our Federal Council - thus also inviolability and immunity for everything related to GAVI. You see, in this light, of course, the very basic concessions, as we know them in other places, take on a completely different weight with GAVI: the Federal Council's guarantee of complete independence and freedom of action, for example. But also unrestricted freedom of assembly, freedom of speech, resolution and publication, etc. Do you understand? So, plandemie or not, all members of the board of trustees, the director, his deputy, the members of advisory committees, but also the employees of GAVI simply enjoy an all-embracing immunity, even after they no longer work for GAVI! Unbelievable, right? The director of GAVI, his deputy, and GAVI's senior officials are given the same rights as diplomats. A Bill Gates today has rights to the extent that otherwise only an entire state has them, that's what this means in plain language. So, I’ll draw a conclusion now here: Here a completely private, democratically completely illegitimate organization, enjoys such extensive political legitimations, as one can hardly imagine! And what is most blatant: The Swiss Federal Council declared in this agreement, that all buildings including the premises of GAVI in Geneva as “extraterritorial territory”. In plain language, this means that even Swiss jurisdiction no longer has any validity there and no one may enter this area without permission. I'll make a nice little analogy with the private City of London, which most people still think is the navel of England, while even the Queen, Queen Elizabeth, can't get permission to enter without kneeling down. Yes, this is how it is. The same spectacle is going on in the Vatican State, which is only 44 hectars in size, with its 1,000 inhabitants and all their unbreakable privileges and rights, and so on. GAVI, in short, has the same status in Switzerland as, for example, the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, or BIS, which is also considered extraterritorial territory. Even in the event of any legal disputes within GAVI, this agreement of the Federal Council guarantees that everything should or may be settled purely internally without intervention from outside. You see, and these are the factual outgrowths of these agreements which we are now going to look at in closing: since 2011, GAVI has been financed for the most part by governments, by so-called donor conferences. In the past 10 years alone, governments have donated - now listen carefully - around $23 billion to GAVI. And of course GAVI uses this money for its vaccine programs. We are feeling that right now all over the world. Let's never forget one thing: this money that GAVI - which is itself tax-exempt - receives, for the most part from governments, ARE TAX MONEY from almost completely ignorant citizens. So it's not just from the Swiss, it's from all the countries that co-finance GAVI. It is financed by our tax money. So these governments are inexplicably funding with all our tax money a completely private, democratically non-legitimized organization, which is also absolutely exempt from any accountability and jurisdiction. Lots of immunity from prosecution. Yes, not even our federal parliament was allowed to have a say - or a vote - in this agreement. Now I have to conclude: If we Swiss do not put a clear “NO, to the tightening of the Covid Act” into the ballot box on November 28th, 2021, this kind of Federal Council may continue to make decisions in so-called "urgent cases" without informing Parliament - and this from now until the end of 2031 (SR 818.102 Covid 19 Act Art. 1 bis). And this if we do not put a clear “NO” into the ballot boxes on the 28th of November, this means that for 10 years the Federal Council can continue to intervene single-handedly in our legislation on debt collection and bankruptcy - and thus curtail our property rights! Think carefully, you Swiss, what this means. (SR 818.102 Covid-19 Act Art. 9) I'll say one more thing: If we don't put a clear “No” into the ballot boxes on November 28th, we will allow the same Federal Council to decide arbitrarily on restrictions to economic and social life on its own, i.e. without the right of veto by Parliament - and this is until the end of 2031! (SR 818.102 Covid-19 Act Art. 1a) I say again: If we do not put a clear "No" into the ballot box on November 28th, we will legitimize the same Federal Council that is setting the GAVI against us - behind our backs - indeed, has set it up against us before and is doing this right now, so that it can have sole competence, determine discrimination and mass surveillance of individual groups or individuals! For example: continue contact tracing, misuse threshold values, plan vaccination schedules, order quarantine and tests, etc. etc. (SR 818.102 Covid-19 Act Art. 3) And therefore once again: If we do not put a clear "No" into the ballot box on 28 November, we will tolerate that the Covid certificate allows a permanent restriction and surveillance of us citizens! show here (SR 818.102 Covid-19 Law Art. 6a) So, to summarize here: whoever does not want to accept a power-giving law without resistance - as last seen in the Third Reich - should put a clear "no" into the ballot box on the 28th, of November. I’ll still say now: Please pass on this knowledge to all those who are not yet aware of this content. This is very important now! Literally every hour counts. So please use the time and go spread this! Our Switzerland will never be the same again if the NO votes to tighten the Covid law do not get a very clear majority. - I say: The final spurt has begun!
