Vejrmanipulation er ikke nyt! De ekstreme vejrfænomener i sommeren 2021 i Europa er meget slående: o versvømmelser med vandmasser uden fortilfælde i Tyskland, Østrig og Belgien, skovbrande i Grækenland og Tyrkiet, ekstrem varme med 48,5° C på Sicilien. Pressen giver udelukkende menneskeskabte CO2-emissioner skylden for vejrfænomener. Men er dette den eneste årsag til disse uregelmæssigheder i vejret? Allerede i slutningen af det 19. århundrede eksperimenterede opfinderen Nikola Tesla med ELF-bølger for at påvirke vejret. ELF-bølger (Extremly Low Frequency / ekstremt lavfrekvente bølger) har en meget lav frekvens på op til 30 hertz. Disse bølger bruges til at bestråle ionosfæren - det yderste lag af atmosfæren - med høj energi fra specielt opbyggede sendestationer, og den resulterende varme får den til at bule op. På denne måde bliver jetstrømmens regelmæssige forløb alvorligt forstyrret. Jetstrømmen er et bånd af stærke vinde i en højde af 15-18 km over Jorden. Det er planetens største hovedåre, hvor store mængder vand bevæger sig som en gigantisk flod. Dens bevidste manipulation skaber de mange vejranomalier, der i øjeblikket forekommer. ELF-bølger, der er rettet mod himlen, bliver også delvist reflekteret og udløser således jordskælv. Hvis den beskrevne teknologi med ELF-bølger anvendes specifikt til at påvirke vejret til ugunst for bestemte områder, kan man med rette tale af vejrvåben. På baggrund af et lille uddrag af en lang række vejrkatastrofer i fortiden rejser spørgsmålet sig: Kan det hele bare være tilfældigt? 1. byen Lynmouth i Devon (England) i 1952: oversvømmelser dræbte 34 mennesker natten mellem den 15. og 16. august. Bitter smag: Det britiske Royal Air Force vaccinerede skyerne over det befolkede område med sølvjodid natten før med "Operation Cumulus". Kun 30 minutter senere begyndte regnen at falde, og den blev til en dødelig oversvømmelse. 2. Fra oktober 1966 brugte det amerikanske luftvåben sølvjodid til at forstærke de traditionelle monsunregn i Vietnamkrigen (Operation Popeye). Vietnamesernes vigtigste forsyningslinjer blev således forvandlet til et mudderhul. 3. USA i juli 1976: Uforklarlige forstyrrelser opstod i kommunikationssystemerne. Der blev modtaget signaler fra Rusland ("Russian Woodpecker"). De transmitterede ELF-bølger over Nordamerika ændrede således jetstrømmen, som Nikola Tesla allerede beskrev det for 100 år siden. Ifølge National Weather Service var resultatet heraf, at Californien oplevede den værste tørke i sin historie mellem 1987 og 1992. Jetstrømmen vendte ikke tilbage til det normale før 1995. 4. Der var oversvømmelser i Tyskland mellem 1980 og 2021, punktligt ved ti forbundsdagsvalg. Alt sammen bare et tilfælde? Alene disse lister fra fortiden er nok til at vise, hvor længe vejrmanipulation verificerbar har været anvendt. Hvad er muligt i vore dage?
