That uniting and recognizing ourselves in the omnipresence is the way from yesterday, today, tomorrow and always, from where we have never moved away: the Ayni, the Minka the Tama, the Tumpa, our Colka (work, cooperation, solidarity, reciprocity, forms of production) and other laws of ancient cultures are the essence of our life, our air.
Ayllu is not only an organization of communities of people, Ayllu is a life organization system of all living beings. Of all that is, of all that flows in balance in our planet or Mother Earth. The original thought was systematically suppressed by the colonial project. But they could not erase us, we live. We are from Tihuanaco, we are strong, we are like the stone, we are from Samaipata, we are Jaguars, we are Katari, we are Ainus (Japan), we are Maorias (New Zealand), we are Comanches (North America), we are Mayas (Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras), we are Guaraníes (Paraguay, Bolivia, Argentina, Brasil), we are Mapuches (Chile, Argentina), we are Mojeños (Bolivia), we are Aymaras (Bolivia, Perú, Chile, Argentina), we are Quechuas (Peru, Bolibia, Ecuador), we are Hopis (EE. UU.) and we are all peoples of the culture of life whose Larama (rebellious in wisdom) is awakening.
Today Bolivia and the whole world is experiencing a transition that repeats itself every 2,000 years within the cycles of time. We are going from non-time to time with a new sunrise, a new pachakuti (transformation and change) in our history, a new sun and a new expression of the language of life, where empathy for the other or the collective good replace selfish individualism. Where we Bolivians all put ourselves on an equal footing. And we know that united we are more valuable. These are times to become Jiwasa (you and I / we) again. This is not me, but we are. Jiwasa is the death of the ego.
We are in times where we become Iyambae (free man) again. Iyambae is a law that our brothers Guadanies have protected. Iyambae = person without owner. No one in this world should feel like the owner of anyone or anything. Since 2006, in Bolivia, we began a hard work to connect our individual and collective roots, to be ourselves again, to get back to our center, to the Taypi (Earth as a meeting center, harmonious co-existence), to the Pacha (time and space / Earth), to the balance where the wisdom of one of the most important civilization of our planet emerges. We are in the middle of the process of restitution of our wisdom, laws, culture of life, rules of civilization from a community that lived in inner connection with the cosmos, with the world, with nature and individual and collective life, building our Suma Quamaña (living well in abundance), our Allin Kawsay (prosperity and health), our Suma Jakaña (living together in peace, evolutionary cycle), and that is ensuring individual and collective well-being.
We are in times to recover our identity, our cultures, roots, our Saphi (roots/origin). We have cultural roots, we have philosophy, we have history, we have everything, we are human beings, we have rights. One of the unbreakable rules in our civilization is the inherited wisdom regarding Pacha. To ensure balance in time and space means to be able to manage all complementary energies. The cosmic ones that come from heaven with the earthly ones that come from earth. The interaction of these two cosmic telluric forces creates life as a visible whole. Pachamama (Mother Earth) and spiritually Pachacamac (Soul of the Earth that animates the world). If we understand life as energy, we have the possibility to change our history, matter and life, as well as the convergence of the force Chacha Warmi (principle of polairity), if we refer to the complement of opposites.
This new time that we are beginning will be held by the energy of the ayllu (family groups of a community), the community, the consent, the horizontality, complementary balances and the common good. Historically, revolution is understood as a political act to change the social structure in order to transform the life of the individual. None of the previous revolutions managed to preserve, to change the preservation of power and the control of the person.
One does not manage to change the nature of power. Power has consumed the minds of politicians. Power can corrupt, and it is very difficult to change the nature of power and its institution. But it is a challenge that we will accept, from the wisdom of our peoples. Our revolution is the revolution of ideas, is the revolution of balances. And we are convinced that in order to transform the society, the government, the bureaucracy, the laws, the political systems, we must first change ourselves as individuals.
We will promote common ground to find solutions between right and left, between rebellion of the young and wisdom of the grandparents, between the limits of science and unbreakable nature, between the creative minorities and the traditional majority, between the sick and the healthy, between the governed and the governing, between the cult to leadership and the gift to serve others.
Our truth is very simple. The condor flies only when its right wing is in perfect balance with its left wing. The task of forming us as balanced individuals was brutally interrupted centuries ago. We did not fulfill it and the time of haste is already with us and it demands that we be free and balanced individuals in order to create harmonious relationships with others and our environment.
It is urgent that we are able to keep balance, for ourselves and the community. We are in the time of the brothers of Panaca Pachakuti, brothers of change, where our struggle was not only for us, no, but also for them and not against them.
We seek brotherhood, we do not seek clash, we seek peace. We are not a culture of wars and oppression. Our struggle is against all kinds of oppression and against colonial thinking, patriarchal, no matter where it comes from.
