After the Korean War the United States secured preeminence in the region: Up to this day the United States of America have their Military bases, including nuclear bombers and fleets in South Korea, as well as the supreme command over the South Korean armed forces! The United States defense ministry stationed about 30 000 Soldiers in South Korea. In addition to that military excercises are held annually with Korean armed forces, with carriers, bombers, submarines able to carry nuclear weapons, etc. And all this on North Koreas doorstep.

Aleppo, the second largest city in Syria is currently the focus of attention in the Syria conflict. The western part of Aleppo is controlled by the Syrian government’s troops, the eastern part by rebels. A large majority of these being mercenaries or being part of the terroristic group Al-Nusra. An intense fight for Aleppo is being waged between the two parties. He, who controls Aleppo, controls the most important supply routes in Syria.

On Saturday, September 17, 2016 a Syrian army base was bombarded by the so-called Anti-IS-Coalition, led by the USA. In this airstrike at least 62 Syrian soldiers lost their lives and another 100 were injured. Immediately after these airstrikes an IS-offensive on Syrian positions followed. The Russian government reacted indignantly to this incident and convened an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council.

According to the organizers, amongst others 5,000 people participated in a human chain at the Palatinian US-base Ramstein to protest against the deadly use of drones by the United States.

Ukraine/Kiev: First a short review: Tuesday, July 26, 2016: The peace marchers were stopped at the doors of Kiev and denied access to the city because of allegedly explosive material, mines, and similar things which had been found along the routes of the procession to Kiev. This was announced in the Ukrainian media that evening. Not a single mention was made in the western media. The Ukrainian coup d’etat government decided to implement the tactics of taking the role of protector instead of carrying out martial law that they had threatened. So, they warned the pilgrims of bomb threats and forced the masses to take an alternate route.

The USA supported the anti-communist government of South Vietnam and joined the civil war in 1965 under the pretext of the so called “Tonkin-lie”. Here are the facts SRF showed about “Agent Orange”: From 1962 to 1971 the American air force sprayed 72 million liters of the chemical defoliator Agent Orange. On January 30, 2016 the followingstatementfrom the international news agency Reuters made rounds in western media, “Russian fighter bomber creates new tensions”. A Russian fighter bomber, type SU-34, is said to have advanced into Turkish airspace according to statements by the Turkish government. The Russian ambassador was summoned as a result of this violation. The Foreign Ministry declared that this incident showed that Russia was aiming for an escalation of the conflict between both states.
