Đúng như dự đoán: Luật tự quyết “tiến bộ” hóa ra lại là một thảm họa! Hiện nay, những người đàn ông sinh học tự nhận mình là phụ nữ chuyển giới đang trắng trợn tiếp cận những cơ sở nhạy cảm như nhà vệ sinh, phòng xông hơi, phòng thay đồ và phòng tắm... và các phương tiện truyền thông chính thống vẫn im lặng.

Vào mùa hè năm 2022, tại một cuộc họp báo giới thiệu Đạo luật Tự quyết, Bộ trưởng Bộ Gia đình Đức Lisa Paus đã đưa ra tuyên bố sau: “Bạn định đảm bảo cảm giác an toàn cho những người phụ nữ cảm thấy không an toàn ở một số không gian nhất định (phòng thay đồ, phòng xông hơi) như thế nào khi những người trước đây là đàn ông bước vào những không gian này?” Lisa Paus: "Phụ nữ chuyển giới là phụ nữ, và do đó tôi không thấy cần phải thảo luận thêm nữa. Ngoài ra, vấn đề chỉ là nỗi sợ bạo lực, v.v., và điều đó không liên quan đến giới tính." Vào ngày 1 tháng 11 năm 2024, Đạo luật Tự quyết đã được thông qua bất chấp sự phản đối mạnh mẽ của công chúng. Và đúng như dự đoán: Luật tự quyết “tiến bộ” hóa ra lại là một thảm họa! Sau đây chỉ là một vài nghiên cứu điển hình từ thực tế; một số vụ việc diễn ra trước khi luật có hiệu lực. Đạo luật Tự quyết hiện nay càng làm trầm trọng thêm vấn đề và gây ra mối đe dọa nghiêm trọng, đặc biệt là đối với phụ nữ và trẻ em: Một người phụ nữ chuyển giới muốn tập luyện ở phòng tập dành cho nữ nhưng bị chủ phòng tập từ chối. Người phụ nữ này bị từ chối vì là "người đàn ông sinh học" và chưa trải qua phẫu thuật chuyển đổi giới tính. Tuy nhiên, hộ chiếu của cô ghi cô là nữ. Vì cô cảm thấy bị phân biệt đối xử nên phòng tập phải bồi thường cho cô 2.500 euro. Tuy nhiên, chủ nhà viện dẫn nội quy của nhà và nói rằng bà sẽ không cho phép đàn ông sinh học vào không gian được bảo vệ dành cho phụ nữ. Họ bị ép buộc và đe dọa quan hệ tình dục bởi “người phụ nữ có bộ phận sinh dục nam”. Người đàn ông "sinh học" này được cho là đã thủ dâm ở hành lang nhà tù trước mặt lính canh và tù nhân. Chỉ khi lá thư của một tù nhân được công khai thì "người phụ nữ chuyển giới" đó mới được chuyển đến nhà tù dành cho nam. Trước đó, Bộ này đã phủ nhận mọi trường hợp xâm hại tình dục "do" người chuyển giới gây ra. Theo chính quyền tiểu bang, còn có nhiều người chuyển giới khác bị giam giữ tại nhà tù nữ ở Chemnitz. Trong một trường hợp khác, những người đàn ông đeo mặt nạ, một số người tự nhận mình là “người chuyển giới”, đã tấn công phụ nữ. Tại Connewitz năm 2022, “[…] một người phụ nữ bị bắn bằng nhiều quả cầu tuyết, một người khác bị đánh vào mặt bằng lòng bàn tay. Một người phụ nữ mang thai sáu tháng bị một nhà hoạt động đá. Vào tháng 1 năm 2023, các sinh viên nữ biểu tình đã bị tấn công tại Đại học Frankfurt. Họ lo ngại rằng Đạo luật Tự quyết sẽ dẫn đến tình trạng ngày càng nhiều đàn ông giả dạng phụ nữ để tấn công vào nhà vệ sinh, phòng thay đồ và những nơi nhạy cảm khác. Vì điều này, họ đã bị nhóm vận động chuyển giới tấn công dữ dội. Điều này cũng xảy ra trong vụ tấn công ở Frankfurt: "Hai người đàn ông đeo mặt nạ đã cố giật điện thoại di động của người biểu tình, ném tàn thuốc đang cháy vào cô ấy và đánh cô ấy đến chảy máu."
