A verdict has not yet been pronounced, but it became clear during the hearing: the air is getting thinner and thinner for the federal government and its team of lawyers. 03_Criminal complaint for genocide against Pfizer and the EU The Hungarian human rights lawyer Dr. Attila Monostory has filed a criminal complaint with the International Criminal Court in The Hague. This was done on May 10, 2024 at the initiative of the German citizens' initiative "GemeinWohl-Lobby" and on behalf of over 1,500 EU citizens. The criminal complaint is directed against those responsible for the preliminary contract of November 20, 2020 between the European Union and the pharmaceutical company Pfizer.
