Once trans and (no) turning back! The reality behind the transgender hype
More and more people are reporting on their gender reassignment on social media and in the mainstream media. Every step of the so-called transition is enthusiastically documented and shared. But if you look behind the colorful backdrop of this trend movement, the cruel reality becomes apparent...

Warning: This program is not for children or people with weak nerves. However, the topic mainly affects young people and should be seen by parents and those in positions of responsibility in particular.
Chloe Cole: "My voice will be deeper forever, my jawline sharper and my nose longer. My bone structure will be permanently masculine. My Adam's apple will be more prominent, my fertility unknown. Sometimes I look in the mirror and feel like a monster."
(Man) "And it was the first time I stood in front of a mirror and saw it: It looked like I had been attacked. It was really brutal. I felt crushed and felt like I had betrayed myself in the worst possible way. And that was it, you know."
"This is irreversible. The experiment is over for me. There really is no turning back."
On August 23, 2023, the federal government passed the draft for the so-called Self-Determination Act. Adults should be able to change their gender entry and first names by simply making a declaration to the registry office. Minors aged 14 and over should be able to make the necessary declaration themselves. If those with custody do not agree, this consent can be replaced by the family court. The Self-Determination Act is due to come into force in November 2024.
Many people are not aware of what this means in practice. Here, young people in a very vulnerable [*vulnerable, impressionable and sensitive] phase of development are given freedom of choice that has far-reaching consequences for their entire lives. In most cases, a change in gender entry is accompanied by a hormonal and surgical gender reassignment. This gender reassignment is called transition. It has been proven that the number of transitions has increased rapidly in recent years.
The topic is very widespread on social media and omnipresent for many young people. The mainstream media reports on it almost without exception in a very positive, uncritical and supportive manner. There is hardly any talk about the dangers, side effects and negative consequences of the interventions. The number of people who regret their transition is growing. However, they are censored, excluded or their experiences are hushed up.
This program gives these people a voice. Using a few examples, the risks and problems of a transition are shown and at the same time a look behind the scenes of gender ideology is given.

Nele - before the transition
Nele: "Yes, how it went. I was only there for an hour. He asked why I was there. He talked quite a lot himself. I didn't talk that much. And what bothered me a little is that he - you could almost say that he almost pushed me a little bit for me to start therapy there now and not look for other therapists. He also said that theoretically it takes a year or half a year to get hormones. In practice it looks like it takes less time. That means he is also open to the fact that it can happen more quickly." [...]
"Perhaps I actually have a completely different problem and have tried to escape from it. I'm just afraid that I'll end up doing all this and not be happy after all. Or that, in the worst case, I might even regret it." [...]
Nele - After taking hormones
"Then I started hormones relatively quickly as part of this therapy - testosterone. I think I was in therapy for maybe three months. The therapist then has to explain it to the health insurance companies, which is actually the only guideline in Germany as to how quickly you can transition, it's basically the health insurance companies that dictate when they will pay for something and when they won't. And he then argued that it was particularly urgent and a very certain or pronounced case of transsexuality. Accordingly, it was approved quite quickly. Then he somehow recommended an acquaintance to me, a gynecologist who was very quick, where you can get appointments quickly.” […]

Cat Cattinson – The preliminary interview
Cat Cattinson: “I thought I would have to go through some process to get the testosterone, a psychological assessment or a certain number of visits to the psychiatrist, etc., but instead I had a 30-minute phone conversation with a doctor I had never met in person before and was prescribed testosterone over the phone."

Helena - conversation with Planned Parenthood
Interviewer: "So you went to Planned Parenthood and said, I identify as a boy, I believe I'm a boy - and they said, 'OK, you need to talk to a few therapists for a few months or years,' or did they say, 'Here are the pills, lady - er, sir - here are the pills, take care, have a nice day...'?"
Helena:
"Yeah, kind of, they weren't even pills, they're injections. Here are the injections, sir. - So, yes, my appointment lasted about an hour. The first twenty minutes or so was a brief back and forth between the social worker that I had met at Planned Parenthood. And if you read my Substack article - I wrote a Substack article about my whole journey - I list the questions that the social worker asked me, and it's not deep psychological work, to say the least. So I had this brief intake interview with the social worker, and then she came back in and said, 'You're a perfect candidate for testosterone, we can get started right away.' So I went to the nurse, and she went through a very brief list of risks with me, which were very understated. It was things like, 'You might have mood swings' - that's not a great way to convey what the options are for hormone treatment - but anyway, I looked at the short list and then we talked about the dosage [...]"

Chloe Cole - No Other Option
Chloe Cole: "[...] the team of medical professionals who helped me actually push me to transition, they didn't give me any other options. They said that the rate of those who regret such a step is less than one or two percent. They even lied to my parents that I would be suicidal if I wasn't allowed to transition. My medical transition lasted about three and a half years. During that time, there was actually only one doctor who opposed it, and that was the first endocrinologist I went to for hormones. He told me and my mother that there would be risks to my brain development. But right after that, I went to another endocrinologist, and just 6 months after being diagnosed with dysphoria, I was given puberty blockers. And then testosterone, about a month later."

Janine - Gender reassignment to man
Janine (anonymous upon request): "At the age of 21, I had a mastectomy [removal of the mammary gland/breasts]. Then at the age of 25, I had phalloplasty [surgical procedure aimed at creating or making a penis], the penile reconstruction, for which skin was taken from the arm and then transplanted between the legs. And the artificial penis was then to be formed from this. I then had about ten more operations after that. Where the urethral connection was also made. The doctors tell you that you have to wipe it out. But I think "wiping it out" is a bit of an under-description. I couldn't really imagine what it meant. In reality, it's just that the urine flows through this artificially created penis as if it were an extension. You can't really wipe it all out, which means that something is always dripping out. And that means you tend to get recurring urinary tract infections. And now this year I'm having the operation to reverse the whole thing. It's really hard, especially because being in hospital has taken up so much of my life. I actually find that the worst thing. All that time that's gone. And of course health aspects too.”

Chloe Cole - Huge Scars
Chloe Cole: “My voice will forever be deeper, my jawline sharper, and my nose longer.
My bone structure will be permanently masculine. My Adam's apple will be more prominent, my fertility unknown. Sometimes I look in the mirror and feel like a monster."
"After they removed my breasts, the tissue was burned. Before I was old enough to get a driver's license, a large part of my future womanhood was taken away from me. I will never be able to breastfeed a child. I sometimes find it hard to look at myself in the mirror, and I still struggle with sexual dysfunction to this day. And I have huge scars across my chest. And the skin grafts they took from my nipples still ooze today, transplanted into a more masculine position, they said. After the surgery, my grades in school dropped. Everything I went through did nothing to fix the underlying psychological problems I had. And my doctors, with their gender theories, thought that once I was surgically transformed into something vaguely resembling a boy, all my problems would disappear. Their theories proved wrong, the drugs and surgeries changed my body, but they couldn't change the basic fact that I am a woman and will always be a woman."

Soren - Complications
Soren: "I never imagined what it would be like to have them cut my scars open again to manually clear my chest cavity of blood clots until it happened to me, until I was in that hospital and experienced it. At the time, I thought I was going to die. The wound became infected and no one really seemed to care. I don't think anyone understands the complications that come with these procedures and treatments until you experience it yourself."
"Children are being seriously harmed by this! - No turning back", film by David Icke (Ickonic), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_aKAHRIBq8 (video censored, secured by Kla.TV)
Ritchie - Genital surgery
"The process of genital surgery is extremely brutal. First, a so-called orchiectomy is performed, i.e. the testicles are removed. After that, they shave the skin off the penis so that it can be reused. And then the penis tissue, the erectile tissue, is removed. Every person, no matter who they are, will always have a little erectile tissue. If you imagine that your knuckle from this point, that you lose your finger, you still have the rest of the knuckle, you can still move it. (In the film you can see him showing it on the finger.) So unfortunately you still have this phantom feeling. In all of this, they also move the urethra and re-angle it, which causes a very common complication, which I also have, which is urethral stricture, where you can't urinate properly. Urine either comes out slowly, painfully, or in some cases not at all. Some people have to wear a catheter for the rest of their lives. Some people get really terrible complications. I myself lost a lot of blood during the operation because the drill goes right through the pelvis. The infections you get afterward, they say: that's perfectly normal. You just get infections. There are people who have necrotized tissue, which means the tissue dies or sheds inside. There's a risk of prolapse [protrusion of an internal organ or one of its parts from a body opening]. And then there are the mental problems that nobody wants to talk about. The mental problems after surgery are hard, even if you want the surgery, even if you're happy with it, it's hard. You lose energy. You become extremely exhausted and in a way vulnerable because you realise that you don't have that strength. In a way, it's a very strange feeling. Yes, it's quite brutal."
"I can't remember exactly the day after the operation when I came to. But it was the moment when I got out of bed and the bandage was off. So it must have been about the fourth or fifth day. And it was the first time I stood in front of a mirror and saw it: it looked like I had been attacked. It was really brutal. I felt crushed and I felt like I had betrayed myself in the worst way. And that was it, you know."
"This is irreversible. The experiment is over for me. There is really no turning back."
That's exactly the point. Gender ideology and transition are presented to humanity as being humane, but in reality they turn out to be the exact opposite. The genderGender ideology and the transition that has grown out of it are part of the Agenda 2030 of the World Economic Forum and the UN. This agenda aims at a complete transformation of all existing structures and areas of life. Supposedly for the benefit of all, humanity is being robbed of all natural beauty and advantages.
The program "Label fraud Agenda 2030 - How the UN is dragging the world into the abyss" [www.kla.tv/18739] reports in detail on this disastrous misleading information.
Almost all Western governments are therefore busy implanting gender ideology in even the youngest children. In addition, and as a lure, gender medicine is an immense source of money. Tens of thousands of gender clinics have sprung up in the Western world in recent years. A single gender reassignment operation brings these clinics several thousand euros. In addition, there is the lifelong intake of hormones, which in most cases are paid for by the health insurance company, as well as the associated therapies. Depending on the effort, duration and measures, the costs can reach five-figure sums. Gender reassignment is therefore an extremely lucrative source of income.
Another consequence of the transition is that these people often become infertile, in keeping with the misanthropic Agenda 2030. This in turn serves the purpose of population control, which leading global strategists have been openly striving for for decades. [Bill Gates and the network of population control, www.kla.tv/17389]
But Agenda 2030 goes even further: transhuman technology is intended to transform humans into biorobots by linking them with artificial intelligence. Ostensibly to equip them with superhuman abilities. But in reality, a mutilation similar to that in the transition occurs; humans are degraded to controllable machines, as is clearly shown in the broadcast. [www.kla.tv/18068, www.kla.tv/23931]. A few days ago, Elon Musk's start-up company "Neuralink" implanted a brain implant in a human for the first time, as he announced on January 29, 2024 on his platform 'X', formerly Twitter.
Conclusion: The fact that humans are becoming such targets for mutilation and external control makes it clear that only humans with their rediscovered, ingenious divine abilities can stop this destructive Agenda 2030 and its puppet masters. And that is exactly what is urgently needed.

Helena: "Yeah, kind of, they weren't even pills, they're injections. It was things like, 'You might have mood swings' - that's not a great way to convey what the options are for hormone treatment - but anyway, I looked at the short list and then we talked about the dosage [...]" Source Chloe: Chloe Cole: 'I'm Still Recovering' From Hormones, Surgery at 15, 07.02.23, IWF, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtItMuCW0vI (accessed on: 02.02.2024) Chloe Cole - No Other Option Chloe Cole: "[...] the team of medical professionals who helped me actually push me to transition, they didn't give me any other options. And then testosterone, about a month later." Then at the age of 25, I had phalloplasty [surgical procedure aimed at creating or making a penis], the penile reconstruction, for which skin was taken from the arm and then transplanted between the legs. And of course health aspects too.” Source Chloe: 'My Childhood Was RUINED:' Detransitioner Chloe Cole Talks About Trans Procedures, 07/27/23, The Daily Signal, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSGgR3W_jjg (accessed on February 2, 2024) Chloe Cole - Huge Scars Chloe Cole: “My voice will forever be deeper, my jawline sharper, and my nose longer. My bone structure will be permanently masculine. My Adam's apple will be more prominent, my fertility unknown. Sometimes I look in the mirror and feel like a monster." "After they removed my breasts, the tissue was burned. Their theories proved wrong, the drugs and surgeries changed my body, but they couldn't change the basic fact that I am a woman and will always be a woman." At the time, I thought I was going to die. The wound became infected and no one really seemed to care. I don't think anyone understands the complications that come with these procedures and treatments until you experience it yourself." "Children are being seriously harmed by this! - No turning back", film by David Icke (Ickonic), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_aKAHRIBq8 (video censored, secured by Kla.TV) Ritchie - Genital surgery "The process of genital surgery is extremely brutal. Yes, it's quite brutal." "I can't remember exactly the day after the operation when I came to. And that was it, you know." "This is irreversible. The experiment is over for me. There is really no turning back." That's exactly the point. [Bill Gates and the network of population control, www.kla.tv/17389] But Agenda 2030 goes even further: transhuman technology is intended to transform humans into biorobots by linking them with artificial intelligence. You too can help by spreading this program to friends and acquaintances so that the effects and background of these machinations become clear! Write to your member of parliament or call him. Express your displeasure with the Self-Determination Act and state the facts mentioned in this program. Watch the following program.
