The RKI files show: The government has lied to us! Unvarnished opinion by Prof. Dr Dr phil. H. Walach

Kla.TV publishes an abridged version of Prof. Walach's statement on the RKI files. Until June 2021, Prof. Walach was a professor at the Poznań Medical University in Poland and a visiting professor at the University of Witten/Herdecke in Germany. He studied psychology and philosophy in parallel and works as a freelance consultant, scientist, author and coach. I call the documents of the Robert Koch Institute, or RKI for short, that Mr. Schreyer and his Multipolar magazine have claimed as "RKI files". These are primarily minutes of meetings on the events that led to the declaration of a national state of emergency with all the consequences: curfews, restaurant, theater, sports club and other closures, popularly known as "measures". They are available in all their fullness and have already been commented on in detail by Multipolar magazine and others. […] I want to point out a few important details and in the second part of this article discuss a study that I helped with a little and that is now available on the preprint server Zenodo. It shows that just 13.5% of all people who have ever tested PCR-positive for SARS-CoV-2 were actually infected or had an immune reaction, detectable by IgG antibodies. [IgG = immunoglobulin G = antibodies in the blood that act against viruses and bacteria] The RKI knew this very early on, or could have known it. So the testing madness and the measures could have stopped very soon if they had wanted to. The whole thing is like a train on two tracks. Both tracks are called "political will". And the train is not heading in the direction of "care for the citizens". I don't know where it is going. But I do know that all of this had nothing to do with care and diligence, but at most with political power. The RKI files show clearly that there was no reason to be upset. The employees at the RKI clearly saw that at the beginning of March 2020, neither worrying infection numbers nor other indicators gave cause for concern. They pointed out that the flu sentinel data did not show any rampant SARS-CoV-2 infections and that there was no need to fear an emergency. I had often pointed out in my previous blogs that the flu sentinel data published by the RKI showed very little spread of SARS-CoV-2. As a reminder: The flu sentinel is a network of doctor's offices spread across the whole of Germany. They send samples from patients with flu-like symptoms to the RKI or corresponding laboratories so that they can identify which pathogens are circulating. Because the system is nationwide and reasonably representative, this data can be used to track the spread of infections very well. I had looked at this sentinel data several times and published it several times in my blogs that even at times when there was supposedly a state of emergency, lockdown, curfew, there was never a worryingly high number of SARS-CoV-2 infected people. Rather, all sorts of other pathogens. Since this data was collected and published by the RKI, the government knew this or could have known it if it wanted to. These facts were never disseminated to the public. Horror messages were spread. We now know: These came to the RKI on the instructions of the government and were passed on to the public from there. The claim that the RKI acted on the basis of scientific data and without government intervention is a lie. [...] The federal government's reactions to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic had nothing to do with science, facts and real threats, but were politically motivated. Whether this motivation had the well-being of the citizens in mind can be doubted in view of the many lies that were served up. So, after all, the RKI must actually be seen for what it is: a subordinate authority that has to follow the instructions of the Minister of Health and does not operate on the basis of its own findings according to scientific standards and considerations. Many have always suspected that this is the case; I have too. Now we know it and it is documented. Our study uncovers another scandal: The RKI should have known very soon that testing with PCR tests does not detect people who are actually infected, but produces many false reports due to the high sensitivity and imperfect specificity of these tests. However, due to these PCR tests, the executive branch (government and public administration) massively interfered with the civil liberties of us citizens: those who tested positive were denied access to all kinds of events, they were no longer allowed to move around freely, they were often even unable to leave their homes or attend official meetings. Running errands, etc. […] And something else is noticeable from this data: The vaccination campaign leaves no trace in the data. […] The vaccination campaign was launched at the end of 2020 to increase the population's immunity against this virus SARS-CoV-2. Since the IgG data [immunoglobulin G data] were only available up to calendar week 20 in 2021, but the PCR test data were available for the entire period, a clear shift in immunity should actually have been shown by the curves of IgG [IgG = immunoglobulin G = antibodies in the blood, here specifically against SARS-CoV-2] and PCR positives diverging significantly at some point and developing in opposite directions or differently. That is exactly not what they are doing. Rather, they are very close to each other (compare the turquoise and yellow curves above). […] In other words: There is no indication in the data that the vaccination campaign has had an influence on the distribution of the immune portion of the population. To put it another way: Whoever is immune to SARS-CoV-2 is most likely immune due to natural infection. This was a complicated argument for the now known fact: the genetic preventive interventions of the modRNA "vaccinations" did not prevent infections. Let's summarize: The government lied to the population by claiming that the "measures" to contain a SARS-CoV-2 "pandemic" were science-based. The measures and the criteria for them were set by politicians. Why, with what goal, with what motivation, the executive branch [government and public administration] would be accountable to the population for this. And it would be time for competent science journalists to demand this from the government and for lawyers to follow up. The RKI lied to the population, presumably on behalf of the government. Because the PCR tests were unsuitable for substantiating anything, and the courses of the IgG-positives [people who are immune to SARS-CoV-2], initiated by the RKI itself, showed this early and very precisely. We know today: Only 13.5% of those who tested positive were also clinically infected and showed an immunological trace of this infection. All others either got over this infection without consequences or the PCR tests were false positives. These debacles must be dealt with publicly, transparently and honestly. That is the only thing that helps democracy in this country. No demonstrations against or for anything, no premature prevention of supposedly false information, but rather coming to terms with it. And as I understand it, that includes: admitting the mistakes, publicly naming the guilty, possibly legal action and rehabilitation of those who have been wrongly ostracized [outcast, despised] and installing processes that can prevent a recurrence. The least that could be done would be a rejection of the WHO pandemic and health treaties.
