Revision of the Epidemics Act: a threat to Swiss freedom - Interview with lawyer Michelle Cailler
The lawyer and president of the "Mouvement Fédératif Romand", Michelle Cailler, was one of 50 international, high-calibre experts and critics of the WHO pandemic treaty who made a statement at the large-scale demonstration in Geneva. On the one hand, she appealed to everyone to withdraw from the WHO and, on the other, to dissolve the WHO. With regard to the revised Epidemics Act, it is also necessary to react actively to the actions and plans of our authorities. This is the only way to protect our freedom and sovereignty.

Good day Michelle Cailler, you are a lawyer and president of the Mouvement Fédératif Romand. Do you think that the changes to the treaty and the IHR will lead to the world being confronted with pandemics declared by the WHO Directorate General at all costs and for any reason?
So thank you very much for giving me your microphone today. As far as these health regulations, these pandemic agreements are concerned, I think we should not fixate on them. It is much more important to focus on what is happening in our country, in Switzerland, namely the revision that we will have of the Epidemic Act, which will adopt the pandemic treaty or the International Health Regulations and, I would even say, make it a little better than them and even go a little further. And I think we really have to look at our authorities, who are about to do something really serious to us that could very seriously affect our freedoms. And that, for me, is what is important for the Swiss. Of course, we must keep an open mind on everything that is happening, especially with the WHO. The WHO, as I said earlier, if you heard my speech, we absolutely must, on the one hand, leave the WHO and, on the other hand, dissolve the WHO, because it is a hallmark of corruption, it is financed by private individuals who are not elected but who make decisions, such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundations.
So I believe that we absolutely must be very vigilant. Our governments must be vigilant. Our parliaments must regain their sovereignty and really represent us, which is absolutely no longer the case at the moment. And in my opinion, the real danger is already within our countries. Of course, agreements of this kind only contribute to what we may experience, and what we have certainly already experienced during the pandemic crisis. Because if you think about it, we had national pandemic plans. None of them were implemented. We adopted the recommendations. I point out that these were only WHO recommendations, but governments implemented them to the letter. So we don't even need a treaty if governments are going to follow the WHO and apply the recommended measures anyway. So I think we need to be vigilant at the national level and at the same time keep our eyes open to see what's happening at the international level because it's not over yet. The pandemic treaty - we'll hear about it - the negotiations are continuing. The international health regulations have been relaxed a bit, but make no mistake, they're being quietly foisted back on us little by little to get a global agreement. So let's be vigilant.
So what do you think we should do to raise awareness among citizens and parliamentarians in the Federal Council?
So there's already a big, big, big educational effort going on because if you listen to the mainstream media, especially the Swiss media, it's a real disaster. What you're being served is really disinformation. Of course they accuse us of doing that, but we have sources, which is not the case with them. And by the way, we saw that everything they announced to us during the pandemic, all the measures that were announced, we saw that they had no effect. When people started talking about overly effective vaccines, it was quickly realized that this was not the case. And yet people who did not share this opinion had been predicting this for a long time. So education is super important. Our parliamentarians are often not up to date. They have a lot of things to do. They don't necessarily read everything we send them. So there is a lot of work to be done. And I think that every citizen has to regain their personal sovereignty, that is, learn to say no and stand by that no. So you have to learn to take responsibility for saying no every day. And every day means saying no. It will happen through individuals. What we are doing today is just a tiny bit of warning the world. But it is every individual deep down who has to be able to say no to all of this and regain their own right and have the right. And of course to bear the consequences of these rights. That's how it is.
Thank you, Michelle Cailler.
It's nice of you to give me your microphone.
