Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck recently announced that the collapse of the German economy was "basically planned". Excuse me?! You heard correctly: A document leaked two years ago by the influential think tank RAND Corporation shows plans for the gradual destruction of the German economy. What is the current status? An economic crime...

The German economy is going down the drain. It remains to be seen whether the lowest point of the trough has already been reached. But according to the economic news on Tagesschau, Germany is already at the bottom of the list of industrialized countries. Against this backdrop, German Economics Minister Robert Habeck gave an interesting appearance to representatives of the construction industry on “Housing Construction Day 2024”. On April 11, 2024, he said the following:
“23 was an annus horribilis for the construction and housing industry. There is no other way to describe it: a very, very bad year. The political background music is, of course, and this is not meant to sound cynical at all, that it was basically planned that way. If I may say so: The high inflation, triggered, and this is again, we must not forget, the cause of many of the pressing, acute economic problems of the last year and a half, triggered by Putin's war of aggression." The interest rate increases by the European Central Bank in the last two years are a reaction to the high inflation and thus a consequence of this war, Habeck continues. Habeck then gives another deep insight: "And you have to say, that is the point, in a certain sense, and it sounds very cynical or cruel, I want to break it down right away, but it did not happen by accident, the point of the interest rate increase was that certain investments would not be affected now. That is how the European Central Bank set it up: That is the point of higher interest rates, that the economy cools down." Habeck speaks publicly of a planned collapse of the German economy. And the private European Central Bank is deliberately causing a "cooling down" of the economy with its interest rate policy. What is actually going on here? Who is supposed to have planned what and why? Let's get to the bottom of this! In September 2022, a confidential document from the US think tank RAND Corporation was made public by Thomas Röper of Anti-Spiegel under the name "Weakening Germany, Strengthening the USA". This document reveals the plan to consolidate the weakening US economic and financial market at the expense of the EU, especially Germany. Kla.TV reported on this in the program "Confidential: Plan to destroy the German economy".
Two years after publication, the question now arises: Did the US plan work?
To answer this question, the following statements from the RAND paper are compared with the events of the last two years and their effects on Germany.
Thanks to our precise actions, it was possible to prevent the Nord Stream 2 pipeline from going into operation despite resistance from lobbyists from the steel and chemical industries.
The two Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines were actually never put into operation. On September 26, 2022, both Nord Stream 1 pipelines and one Nord Stream 2 pipeline were destroyed in an attack. The sabotage has not yet been solved by the German authorities. US President Joe Biden personally had previously openly threatened the attack.
The only viable way to guarantee Germany's rejection of Russian energy supplies is to involve both sides in the military conflict in Ukraine. Our further actions in this country will inevitably lead to a military response from Russia. (...) This would make it possible to declare Russia the aggressor and to apply the entire package of previously prepared sanctions against the country.
On February 24, 2022, the Russia-Ukraine war started, as pre-calculated in the RAND paper. Germany was involved in the conflict through:
1. sanctions imposed jointly with the EU, which caused Germany billions in losses.
2. deliveries of ammunition and military equipment to Ukraine - which can be seen as direct support for Ukrainian military operations against Russia.
3. reception and care for around 1.2 million Ukrainian refugees.
4. by providing billions of dollars in subsidies to Ukraine.
The precondition for Germany to fall into this trap is the leading role of the green parties and ideology in Europe. The German Greens are a strongly dogmatic, if not zealous, movement, which makes it quite easy to make them ignore economic arguments. In this respect, the German Greens outperform their counterparts in the rest of Europe. Personal characteristics and the lack of professionalism of their leaders – most notably Annalena Baerbock and Robert Habeck – suggest that it is almost impossible for them to admit their own mistakes in time. Thus, it will be enough to quickly shape the media image of Putin's aggressive war to turn the Greens into ardent and hard-core supporters of sanctions, into a "party of war". In this way, theSanctions regimes will be introduced without obstacles. The lack of professionalism of the current leaders will not allow any setbacks in the future, even if the negative effects of the chosen policy become clear enough. The partners in the German government coalition will simply have to follow their allies - at least until the burden of economic problems is greater than the fear of provoking a government crisis. (...) Germany's involvement in extensive arms and defense deliveries to the Ukrainian army will inevitably arouse strong mistrust in Russia, which will make the negotiation process quite lengthy.
The two Green politicians Annalena Baerbock and Robert Habeck were entrusted with government business through the election in December 2021. Since then, German Foreign Minister Baerbock has been pushing Germany's support for Ukraine on a broad scale, if necessary bypassing the will of the voters (August 31, 2022): "But if I make the promise to the people of Ukraine that we will stand by you as long as you need us, then I want to keep it. Regardless of what my German voters think, I want to stick to it with the people of Ukraine. (…) But if we need it, it [the sanctions package, editor's note] must last as long as Ukraine needs us. And winter is just around the corner (…)
People will take to the streets and say: we can't pay our energy bills. And I will say: yes, I know (…). But I don't want to say: OK, we're stopping the sanctions against Russia. We will stand by Ukraine, and that means that the sanctions will remain in place, even in winter, (…)"
The EU sanctions against Russia are now having little success on the Russian side. The Russian economy has found other buyers for crude oil in India and China, for example. So far they have only harmed the EU itself, but in particular Germany. One example of the damage caused to Germany by sanctions is the difficulty of obtaining oil and gas. Other countries, such as Austria, continue to purchase Russian gas through contracts with Russia. Germany, on the other hand, also imports Russian oil and gas, but indirectly and therefore much more expensively. Listen to the politician and economist Sahra Wagenknecht as a guest on Markus Lanz in September 2023: "Yes, with oil, for example, there is a pipeline that goes to Schwedt, which we have shut down. Now we get the oil, the Russian oil, mind you, by ship via India. (...) We are still buying Russian gas. Only we are now buying liquefied gas via Belgium. So it is liquefied in Russia, then it goes to Belgium, where it is gasified again and we are now importing gas from Belgium. Of course, this is not Russian gas, because it has made a huge detour."
Electricity prices depend on the price of gas because the imported gas is also used to generate electricity. Procurement costs currently make up the largest part of the electricity price, around 50%.
Before the 2021 elections, Annalena Baerbock was considered a promising candidate for the Federal Chancellery. In May of the same year, she made a notable appearance at the "EU-US & Future Forum" jointly organized by the Atlantic Council and the Atlantik-Brücke [registered association, part of the transatlantic network and private forum]. Baerbock's main message at this event was that she was "on the same wavelength as US President Joe Biden." She announced there that there would be no resumption of the Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline project with her.
The mission of the US think tank Atlantic Council is to "promote the leadership role of the USA" on the "basis of the Atlantic community." Baerbock's background, to which she owes her meteoric career, is also well known: she graduated from the Young Global Leaders Forum of the WEF [World Economic Forum]. This training program is seen by critics as a "training ground for the large corporations organized in the WEF," which trains "future political leaders" who "prove to be sufficiently ambitious and manageable."
The German Vice Chancellor and Minister of Economic Affairs Robert Habeck is said to lack professionalism, according to RAND. Sahra Wagenknecht also has something to say about this: "It is not a well-thought-out, planned policy, neither in the direction of climate issues nor in the direction of social issues. It is simply short-sighted, it is amateurish. It is also partly incompetent. Because the heating law [Editor's note: the heating law was created under Habeck's leadership], for example, has now even slowed down the heat pump industry. So, they are collapsing because everything was done so completely wrong. But it is also there. We also need a long-term conceptconcept, where does the electricity come from. So if more and more people are relying on electric cars and heat pumps, they need electricity. But the government has no concept for that."
Robert Habeck also appeared at a "Transatlantic Forum on GeoEconomics" organized by the Atlantic Council and the Atlantic Bridge in Berlin in September 2023. He is also listed on the WEF website, thus representing the Agenda 2030 aimed for by the WEF.
Baerbock and Habeck are both listed as "New Atlanticists" at the Atlantic Council. In view of these connections, the interests that Annalena Baerbock and Robert Habeck actually represent become all too clear.
The formation of the "media image of Putin's aggressive war", as a result of which "the Greens become ardent and hard-boiled supporters of sanctions", is also likely to have worked.
Around 100 editors-in-chief of the leading media, including those financed by the state, as well as various Green Party politicians are involved in the same transatlantic network of the "Atlantic Bridge e.V." The Atlantic Bridge has its roots in the financial elite and the Council on Foreign Relations, CFR, founded by Rockefeller. The German political and media landscape is controlled by involving decision-makers from business, politics, science and the media from both sides of the Atlantic in this network.
A reduction in Russian energy supplies - ideally a complete halt to these supplies - would have catastrophic consequences for German industry. (...) A complete standstill is likely in the largest companies in the chemical, metallurgical and mechanical engineering industries, as they have practically no free capacity to reduce energy consumption. This could lead to the closure of companies with a continuous cycle [e.g. blast furnaces in the steel industry must be operated continuously], which would mean their destruction.
In fact, the energy-intensive industry has collapsed massively since 2022. The example of the steel industry shows that 2023 was the weakest year in terms of production since the energy crisis in 2021.
An interruption in Russian deliveries could well trigger a systemic crisis that would be devastating for the German economy and indirectly for the entire European Union. (…) The cumulative losses of the German economy can only be estimated roughly. (…) We are not talking about a decline in economic growth, but rather a sustained recession and a decline in GDP in material production alone by three to four percent per year over the next five to six years.
In the last two years in Germany we have experienced:
- rapidly rising energy prices,
- economic downturn/recession,
- deaths of companies: in 2023, 15,000 companies filed for bankruptcy - 26% more than the year before,
- shrinking economic output,
- falling gross domestic product (GDP): by 0.3% in the fourth quarter of 2023,
- record inflation: in April 2023, the inflation rate was 7.2%,
- rising cost of living:
the inflation rate was 5.8% in the same period.
Another inevitable consequence of a prolonged economic recession will be a sharp decline in living standards and rising unemployment (200,000 to 400,000 in Germany alone), which will result in the migration of skilled workers and well-educated young people. There are literally no other destinations for such migration today than the United States.
In 2022, 270,000 Germans left their country, mostly of working age and the majority of them highly qualified. The main destinations for emigration are neighboring countries Austria and Switzerland, but people are also emigrating to the USA - workers that the German economy lacks. The emigration trend continued unabated in 2023. In 2024, unemployment is expected to rise to an average of 2.8 million - the highest level since 2015.
We note that, by and large, the scenario planned for Germany by the RAND Corporation has come to pass exactly as intended. The RAND Corporation was founded after the end of World War II specifically to advise the US armed forces. It advises the US government primarily on military planning - as happened in the Vietnam War, the Korean War and the Cold War. According to William F. Engdahl, RAND is primarily a front organization for the United States foreign intelligence service, the CIA. With the help of RAND's consultants, Yugoslav President Slobodan Milošević was overthrown and color revolutions were set in motion in various countries: in 2004 in Ukraine, in 2003 in Georgia, in 2010 to 2012 in the Arab Spring and in 2013 to 2014 on the Maidan in Ukraine. Now it was Germany's turn: Because what is the currentRAND document other than a targeted plan of attack on the German economy through the real war between Russia and Ukraine?
In summary, we can say:
- With his comments on "Housing Day 2024", Economics Minister Robert Habeck admitted the true facts of the planned collapse of the German economy. Together with Annalena Baerbock, he is driving Germany's total economic bankruptcy.
- Habeck and Baerbock are obviously acting in the interests of the USA, guided by their involvement in transatlantic networks such as the Atlantic Council.
- The scenario envisaged for Germany in the RAND document has come to pass: the once strongest economy in Europe has collapsed and is now at the bottom of the industrialized countries.
The German quality media, also represented in transatlantic networks, support politicians in the course set by the USA.
Dear viewers, as you can see, there are completely different causes behind the desolate German economic situation than are apparent at first glance. The RAND document also provides a completely different perspective on the purpose behind the Ukraine-Russia war. The actual war, which is revealed by the RAND document and the connections of German politicians, is a covert, less obvious, even hybrid war. It is the war of elite circles against the people. Puppets specially trained and pushed up by the elite are their allies in the war against the population.
All events that occur worldwide - whether crises, wars or even natural disasters - should be closely observed and investigated in order to recognize the true causes and perpetrators and to see through their game. Because now is the time when entire nations are waking up and simply no longer playing along.

This training program is seen by critics as a "training ground for the large corporations organized in the WEF," which trains "future political leaders" who "prove to be sufficiently ambitious and manageable." The German Vice Chancellor and Minister of Economic Affairs Robert Habeck is said to lack professionalism, according to RAND. But the government has no concept for that." Robert Habeck also appeared at a "Transatlantic Forum on GeoEconomics" organized by the Atlantic Council and the Atlantic Bridge in Berlin in September 2023. In the last two years in Germany we have experienced: - rapidly rising energy prices, - economic downturn/recession, - deaths of companies: in 2023, 15,000 companies filed for bankruptcy - 26% more than the year before, - shrinking economic output, - falling gross domestic product (GDP): by 0.3% in the fourth quarter of 2023, - record inflation: in April 2023, the inflation rate was 7.2%, - rising cost of living: the inflation rate was 5.8% in the same period. In summary, we can say: - With his comments on "Housing Day 2024", Economics Minister Robert Habeck admitted the true facts of the planned collapse of the German economy.
