Reiner Füllmich in the mill of dark string-pullers?

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is a German lawyer admitted to practice in Germany and the USA. Due to an alleged embezzlement of large sums of money in connection with the Corona Committee disclosure platform, he made headlines in the media and - under dubious circumstances - was also taken into custody. In the meantime, various media professionals have painted a very different picture of the case, which also sheds an interesting light on possible puppet masters in the background. As a counter-voice to the official version, Kla.TV broadcasts a compilation below. Typed text: Min. 0:28 - 4:46 It looks as if the German lawyer, Reiner Fuellmich, who recognized the Covid crimes against humanity as early as 2020, was duped. Fuellmich was at the head of a project that became known as the second Nuremberg and was a co-founder of the Corona Committee of Inquiry. His committee interviewed around 150 scientists and experts from all over the world, as well as former employees of the World Health Organization. And their results showed them that the Covid measures were the first steps of a plan to destroy regional economies, to make populations dependent on global supply chains and that they aimed to reduce the population and install a world government led by the United Nations. The Corona Committee received many donations that they believed were not safe because bank accounts had been seized by complicit governments in the recent past. Gold worth 1 million euros was purchased and stored. To finance the activities, both Reiner Fuellmich and Viviane Fischer took out secured loans. Reiner Fuellmich on 02/02/2024: «At a time when the money in our bank account was in great danger, we decided to act immediately. We withdrew money from this account, both she and I, to save it and protect it from such a seizure so that we could continue our work. Because if our account, our bank account, had been seized, we would no longer have been able to pay the translators, IT, administration, etc.» Reiner's loan was for 700,000 euros and was to be repaid with the proceeds from the sale of his house. All of this was documented and approved by the committee. Members of the Corona Committee met with a law firm in August 2022 and filed criminal charges against Fuellmich. Committee members Justus Hoffmann, Marcel Templin and Antonia Fischer claimed that Fuellmich had embezzled 700,000 euros, the loan he had officially taken out. They claimed that he was a violent anti-Semite and that he had the opportunity to speak out before the criminal proceedings began and that they would not file charges. Two arrest warrants were issued against him, by Germany and by the EU, without Reiner's knowledge. Without an international arrest warrant, German and Mexican authorities illegally kidnapped Fuellmich in the German embassy in Mexico. He was then flown to Frankfurt Airport, where he was arrested and detained. International legal experts call his arrest an illegal kidnapping. According to the documented company plans, Fuellmich's loan was to be repaid after the sale of his property. But the same people who filed the lawsuit against Fuellmich sabotaged this agreement. The contracts stipulated that the profit from the Fuellmich property was to be transferred to a Fuellmich account so that he could repay the loan. But the notary, who is sworn to be neutral and independent, instructed the buyers to transfer the 1,158,000 euros to Marcel Templin's account. This made it impossible for Reiner to repay the loan. The loans were agreed in a transparent manner in written contracts. There was no secrecy and the company was aware of the loans at all times. The evidence proving this was officially presented to the court, which has chosen to ignore it and muzzled the defense from mentioning it. The evidence shows that Hoffmann, Templin and the notary illegally gained access to the profits from Fuellmich's assets. And not only did the court ignore this evidence, it called the same people as witnesses against Fuellmich. The complaint states that Fuellmich also committed a criminal offense by acquiring the gold bars without the shareholders' consent, concealing their existence and taking possession of them for himself. But the purchase of the gold bars is also documented. They are in safekeeping and can only be viewed with the signatures of Reiner Fuellmich and Viviane Fischer.en. This is clear from company documents that were never presented to the public prosecutor. They were, however, presented by the defense and are being ignored by the court. In addition, the court froze Fuellmich's accounts, but not the 1,158,000 million euros in Marcel Templin's account. Bittel: Dr. Christof Miseré. We had a very exciting day of proceedings today. Can you tell me very briefly how you would summarize it, because I think it is quite historic. Attorney Miseré: Yes, it actually shows through a dossier that was just passed on to me that Mr. Fuellmich has been persecuted for a long time and that attempts have been made to use some kind of construct to ensure that he should no longer be eligible to run for office in the Federal Republic of Germany. They tried with the public prosecutor and so on - so it was initiated by one of the services such as the Federal Criminal Police Office - to try to recruit people from his environment, to obtain information and - ultimately - to bring charges against him and to have him convicted. That was planned. That was already planned in a note that was already in 2021. Bittel: You could say that. There is information that it was already planned in advance and I think on August 21, 2021, if I remember correctly... RA Miseré: It is a dossier that contains various data, of course, up to the latest status. So the proceedings are also reported there, about the person in general, and then also that in 2021 they said that they had to get rid of him somehow. And basically get rid of him, also that he is no longer politically eligible, i.e. in the end, a high conviction, which means that he cannot be elected in the Federal Republic of Germany. And then they said that if you - there is a clause like that - I can read it to you afterwards. If you can't manage it with constitutional things, you have to develop a construct and implement it with the actors you have. Min. 00:58 - Min. 2:34 AUF1: Dr. Fuellmich himself responded to the prosecutor's allegations today by filing a complaint against a prosecutor. What's that all about? Lawyer Katja Wörmer: The point is that there is obviously a dossier from the Office for the Protection of the Constitution or the Federal Criminal Police Office that shows that Dr. Fuellmich was being observed. He has been under surveillance by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution since August 2021 at the latest. Measures were planned as to how and in what way he could be observed and what exactly - what he was doing was closely monitored; the formation of the Corona Committee, as it had previously been active, namely against Deutsche Bank and in the so-called "junk real estate cases". It was then planned in great detail how to proceed, for example to prevent him from ever holding a political office, to prevent possible criminal investigations against him and to prevent possible criminal charges that could be based on possibly fictitious or constructed events. So the dossier actually suggests that something was planned here in the background with so-called undercover investigators and undercover people, which could then be used to justify criminal charges against Dr. Fuellmich in the future. Min. 3:30 - Min. 5:49 AUF1: Attorney Fischer is said to have recently admitted in a hearing that the controversial loan was granted in order to protect the donations from being seized. Doesn't that mean that a large part of the indictment collapses? Attorney Katja Wörmer: That's right. There have been repeated account cancellations since the summer of 2020. The "Doctors for Enlightenment" had their accounts closed, there were rumors that accounts had been frozen at the MWGFD association, and so it was known that in the scene of corona critics and the associations that were committed to educational work, account closures were repeated and donations might also be frozen and withdrawn from their original purpose. And because of this, the client then came up with the idea that one could buy gold to get the money out of the accounts, or choose to secure the donations or other stores of value, such as in this case securing them in one's property, in order to secure the money and keep it away from bank accounts. AUF1: Mr. Fuellmich had to remain in custody until the end of the proceedings. Can one draw conclusions about the outcome of the trial from this court decision? Attorney Katja Wörmer: In my opinion, one cannot necessarily do so, because the reason for the detention here is the risk of flight. Mr. Fuellmich is in custody because he previously spent half a year in Mexico. His wifeau is still in Mexico and it is assumed that he might return there. He also has other contacts abroad. He had a ranch in California in the USA. The first thing they want to do is bring the criminal proceedings to a conclusion, but in my opinion the outcome of the criminal proceedings is completely independent of that. Especially now in light of today's events that there is obviously a dossier from the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, which may have been the reason for the criminal investigation, and where there could also be - or possibly - cooperation between the local public prosecutor's office and the Office for the Protection of the Constitution. These suspicions are currently being raised.
