The war in Ukraine is controversial - and that's a good thing. But let's look at it from a practical point of view: Did those responsible do everything they could to resolve the conflict peacefully?
[weiterlesen]
Dear viewers, the war in Ukraine has been going on for over two years now. There is no end in sight: on February 24, 2022, Russian troops invaded Ukraine. In the speech Vladimir Putin gave shortly before the invasion, he justified the action by saying that he was protecting the Russian-friendly population in the eastern regions of Ukraine from abuse and murder by the Kiev regime. He was certainly not telling the whole truth, because of course it is not just about protecting the minority, but also about maintaining his power in this region. Dear Vladimir: why did you have to invade Ukraine and fire the first shot? Didn't you know that there is a strategy of not letting the person who fires the first shot out of the act ... and then escalating the whole thing until it finally really pops? In his speech in the Bundestag in March 2014, Gregor Gysi was absolutely right, even then and still is today: there is only the path of diplomacy! And that was also true for you! We were on the right track: There were private friendship trips from Berlin to Moscow, in which several hundred people took part - with growing interest. Many people considered learning Russian again in Germany and many other things. We appeal to you, Vladimir: end this war - unconditionally! This path of diplomacy, which Gregor Gysi has pointed out, has also been neglected by our German government. From the outset, it seems that our government is more concerned with making a ruckus than practising diplomacy: Dear Annalena: Talking in the Council of Europe about the fact that we in Europe are not fighting each other but are in war mode with Russia does not sound very diplomatic. And even if this sentence was a slip of the tongue that our media subsequently tried to smooth over, we, the German people, still have a common consensus: no more war, no German involvement in war and no arms deliveries to crisis areas! These things are non-negotiable. As our government, you must not only take note of this, but also implement it in this way! We already know that there are many crisis profiteers from whom you are triggered; but that never gives you the right to disregard the democratic will of the people. It is very noticeable and has happened several times in the course of the arms supply escalation in recent months: As soon as our Chancellor expresses his last reservations about certain arms deliveries, he is accused of lacking solidarity with a media outcry. It almost looks like the good cop - bad cop game: The first one comes up with a completely abstruse opinion, then when there is an outcry from the people, the next one weakens it, has reservations, wants to solve the problem differently ... and in the end it is done after all - perhaps in a slightly modified form. Dear Olaf: please don't think that we, the common people, can't see through such a game. You cannot continue to govern without respecting the will of the people! Are you surprised when fewer and fewer people in the country support such a policy? And the media have to use ever more blatant propaganda methods to cover it up? But sometimes we also get the impression that you are one of the few people in German politics who still think about the consequences of their actions. Please stay in your role: keep us out of the war! And then: deliveries of Taurus cruise missiles ... a job done for the Germans. Some of their generals and their inspector were already the masterminds: Dear Boris: That number just sounds like a school prank that one or two of my office colleagues might do: You invite a few greenhorns to a web conference on an explosive topic. ... and inadvertently send the link via blind copy to the competition, who are of course highly interested in listening in. Perhaps the access data was also forwarded by one of the colleagues - for example, by the colleague who has an idea of who blew up North Stream... If the competition goes public in such a case and reports the meeting, this is at most a sign that the competition is acting honorably and does not want an escalation: Making hidden, sinister plans public is not a crime, but an honorable deed! We are now also thinking of Julian Assange. Afterwards, blaming the competition for their own stupidity, which their own people have fabricated ... that sounds like the true modern-day prank. You need to know what to do now: As naive people, I would perhaps say: 1. train your employees in modern communication technology 2. revoke all plans in this direction: we do not want such a policy! 3. formally apologize to the authorities concerned in Russia for our misconduct. 4. and last but not least: repent sincerely for your and our warlike behavior... Less naively, however, it can be said that the truth is that the issue was discussed months ago between the US military and your guys. - and on February 19, your people were planning - and preparing - a war of aggression. This is a criminal offense under Article 26 (1) of the Basic Law! Is our military out of control? A few days ago, Pope Francis himself called on Ukraine to make peace and enter into negotiations. He was chastised for this by the media. But I think that's a bold and well thought-out statement: because the focus here is not on power-political interests, but on the people on all sides who are suffering from the destructive war. And we haven't even asked the people of Ukraine about this war: Dear Ukrainians, here in Germany: you came to us as refugees and we welcomed you with open arms. You were integrated faster than any other refugee because we understand your situation. You don't want war, and you want to protect yourselves and your families from war! That's ok! You, the refugees, have hardly responded to your President Selenski's call to serve in his army - which is understandable. And also the call that your president wants some of your refugee money, which we pay you, was not really taken seriously by you - also understandable! My request to you: let your president know: there is no shame in fleeing the impending war. The white flag is not a disgrace: you, the Ukrainian people, have already managed to free yourselves from Russian domination once. You can do it again at any time, but in peace. An escalating war would plunge us all into blood and tears and set humanity back 100 years! Conclusion: Dear politicians at home and abroad: If you really want to go to war, why don't you rent a stadium in Ukraine, invite your friends and relatives and get together with Vladimir Putin's friends? The winner then gets to decide which foreign language should be the first in our schools. We, the people, are not afraid of change, because change is part of life. But let me tell you: we don't want your wars! No Russian, German or Ukrainian family has raised their children to be killed in your wars! Every one of you who comes up with war slogans is henceforth guilty of complicity and warmongering - in the style of: one starts, the others just carry on. The result is always the same. And that reveals your true attitude. Therefore: Peace now - without negotiations - immediately! We - the people - we believe: peace is possible! Finally, dear viewers, I don't want to live in a world in which we are set against each other: Evil Iraqis, evil Syrians, evil Iranians, evil Russians and evil Palestinians - they don't even exist! But there are masterminds who plan nasty ambushes and murderers who then provide the excuse to strike. Not only in the Ukraine conflict, but also in the Gaza conflict, you can see the dirty business like in a picture book: Murderers kill innocent Israelis and the world's best army does not intervene in an area that is not even the size of Baden-Württemberg. And instead of apologizing for the lack of help and hunting down the perpetrators, this is then used as an excuse to kill innocent Palestinians, men, women and children. A genocide! The masterminds and the murderers should be punished! However, the first step is always to see through such a game - and to set up independent commissions of inquiry where there is a real lack of clarity. My tip: watch the training program "How do modern wars work" again.
