5G – Antennas unlawful in operating

“Construction police report against the operation of mobile phone systems without building permits / illegal activation of the correction factor”. This was the title of a letter dated February 19, 2024 to 127 communities in the canton of Bern from the WIR and Gigaherz associations and the company Laubscher plannetzwerk GmbH. What is it about? In its final judgment of August 21, 2023, the Bern Administrative Court determined, based on a complaint, that there was no legal basis for connecting an adaptive 5G mobile phone antenna with a correction factor without a new building application and without public publication. It overturned the lower court's decision, according to which neither a building application nor a public announcement was mandatory for adaptive 5G antennas. The lower court must clarify this matter in detail and reassess it. With these adaptive antennas with increased transmission power, radiation exposures limited in time and space could occur that are up to three times higher than permitted. Where and how much radiation exposure occurs must be checked. In the canton of Bern alone, 386 antennas were omitted. They therefore radiate with an unprecedented intensity without any legal basis. The letter from the organizations mentioned states: “As you can see from the listing, adaptive antennas were illegally installed in your community even without a planning application and publication with a correction factor.” They are calling on the municipalities, as the responsible municipal building police authority, to ensure that the illegally operated antennas are officially restored to their legal status. If the municipalities do not comply with the request, the organizations reserve the right to file criminal charges for abuse of office and favoring the mobile communications industry. These incidents raise some questions. So in the case of 5G antennas, should gaps in the legal requirements in the constitutional state of Switzerland have been exploited in order to circumvent the affected population's right to object? Were the technical changes to the transmitter systems made without building permits in the spirit of “Let’s see if anyone notices and objects”? Did the financially strong and influential mobile phone lobby persuade the authorities to agree to the expansion of antennas and the activation of 5G without the necessary clarification of radiation levels? Is there a system to this pattern since it is obviously not an isolated case? Shouldn't this practice be investigated and uncovered throughout Switzerland? As Kla.TV has already documented in many programs, the issue of mobile communications unfortunately shows once again how the democratic rights of the people are being betrayed by economic and power elites. Those profiting from the mobile phone lobby appear to be very aware of the negative and health-damaging effects of 5G radiation and are discouraging the population from resisting the odds. Elected representatives of the people are also often within the sphere of influence of global power circles and are subject to their dictates. Let’s take the measures taken during the Covid pandemic as an example. Under the pretext of protecting health, all of humanity saw existing laws being repealed overnight. And anyone who invoked the constitutionally guaranteed right to physical integrity, freedom of expression, assembly and economic freedom was excluded, defamed, discriminated against and even prosecuted. Despite the documented failure of politicians and authorities, despite pending lawsuits, the judiciary has made almost no judgments. Today we rightly speak of “legal insolvency”.
