Overvågningsbølgen efter Covid-krisen overgår reaktionerne på 9/11 Der er næppe noget instrument, der har vundet så hurtigt indpas under Corona-krisen som brugen af digitale teknologier. Langt det største problem med digitale teknologier – hvad enten det drejer sig om digitale pas eller valuta – er, at de kan kontrolleres "med et tryk på en knap". Den britiske ekspert Edin Omanovic fra menneskerettighedsorganisationen Privacy International sagde tilbage i april 2020: "Den bølge af overvågning, vi ser nu, er stærkere end nogensinde. Det overgår endda reaktionerne fra regeringer over hele verden på 9/11." Allerede efter angrebene den 11. september 2001 i USA skærpede mange stater lovgivningen i "kampen mod terror". Omanovic ser nu, som han gjorde dengang, faren for, at de love, der er vedtaget mange steder, og brugen af nye teknologier permanent vil true borgernes frihedsrettigheder. I mange lande er der blevet vedtaget nødlove. Overvågningskameraer og sporing via mobiltelefoner blev brugt til at overvåge, om karantænerne blev overholdt. Hvordan truer brugen af nye digitale teknologier friheden? Her er nogle af de seneste eksempler: – I halvdelen af verdens lande er "vaccinationspas" allerede blevet til digitale ID-kort. Følgende pressemeddelelse blev udsendt af Rådet for Den Europæiske Union den 27. juni 2023: Rådet havde vedtaget en anbefaling om at sikre en gnidningsløs overgang fra COVID-19-certificeringssystemet til et globalt WHO-netværk for digital sundhedscertificering. Medlemsstaterne anbefales at tilslutte sig det globale netværk for digital sundhedscertificering, der er etableret af WHO. – Natten til den 29. juni 2023 blev EU-staterne og Europa-Parlamentet enige i Bruxelles om den digitale identitet for alle EU-borgere - borgerne blev ikke spurgt. EU-borgeres pas skal gemmes i en app på smartphonen i løbet af de næste par år. I denne ID-app – også kaldet ID-wallet – skal de respektive biometriske data til identifikation registreres. Men andre "digitale tjenester" skal også inkluderes, som det kan ses i det næste eksempel. – Ifølge den tyske freelancejournalist Thomas Oysmüller skal der også være plads til den "digitale euro" i ID-pungen. Allerede den 24. april 2023 meddelte Fabio Panetta fra Den Europæiske Centralbanks styringskomité (forkortet ECB), at ECB var på nippet til at indføre en "digital euro". Det er planlagt til at starte i oktober i år. Digital valuta muliggør 100% overvågning af alle transaktioner. Banker og myndigheder har omfattende adgang til de tilknyttede data inden for meget kort tid. – Installationen af overvågningskameraer med ansigtsgenkendelse i store byer og offentlige institutioner stiger hurtigt. – Ikke kun i Kina, hvor der er op til 300 eller flere overvågningskameraer pr. 1.000 indbyggere. Delhi, Singapore, Moskva, Baghdad, London og Los Angeles er blandt de mest overvågede byer uden for Kina med op til 100 kameraer pr. 1.000 indbyggere. I Tyskland ønsker indenrigsminister Horst Seehofer at overvåge 135 jernbanestationer og 14 lufthavne. I Schweiz planlagde de schweiziske forbundsbaner (SBB) at installere skjulte overvågningskameraer med ansigtsgenkendelse på 57 banegårde. Med sine planer skabte SBB en storm af forargelse. Hun reviderede derefter sine planer og annoncerede kamerajobbet igen: Uden ansigtsgenkendelse og i overensstemmelse med databeskyttelseslovgivningen. Dette eksempel viser, hvad et ramaskrig blandt folket kan udrette! Den østrigske publicist inden for videnskab og teknologi, Dr. Peter F. Mayer, taler om EU's, WHO's, FN's og WEF's etablering af et digitalt fængsel. Hjørnestenene er: – Digital identitet knyttet til sundhedspas og bankkonto – den centrale digitale verdensvaluta – overførsel af al hidtidig "magt, der udgår fra folket" til en WHO-UNO-WEF-verdensregering gennem pandemitraktaten - og ændring af det internationale sundhedsregulativ. Katalysatoren for etableringen af et digitalt "overvågningsfængsel" var Covid-krisen. Var det bare et heldigt sammentræf, eller skal begrebet "Plandemie" alligevel ikke afvises uden videre? Ovennævnte og andre indikationer peger på en sofistikeret og gennemtænkt plan: Under dække af Covid-krisen og påskud af sikkerhed vænner mange borgere sig snigende og ubevidst til digitale overvågningsteknologier - indtil tyveriet af frihed er fuldbyrdet. Dr. Peter F. Mayer skriver: "Der er stadig tid til at stå op imod denne digitale fascistiske dagsorden og ikke acceptere noget af den ... Giv ikke dine data væk, og brug kontanter, når det er menneskeligt muligt. .... Og vær aktiv, brug alle de muligheder, som demokrati og grundlæggende rettigheder giver os."
