Confidential: Plan to Destroy the German Economy

The cost of living in Germany is rising. The existence of entire sectors of the economy is threatened. It seems that the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian war is to blame for all of this. But what are the deeper connections behind this war? In early September, a confidential document entitled “Weakening Germany, Strengthening the U.S.” was leaked to the public. To all appearances, the author is the RAND Corporation, a powerful U.S. think tank. On January 25, 2022, about a month before the outbreak of war, this document was sent to U.S. government agencies, the State Department, CIA, NSA and others. The RAND paper conveys strategies to strengthen the weakening U.S. preeminence using German resources. It shows how the U.S. wants to provoke and use a Russia-Ukraine war to stabilize its own ailing economic and financial situation. If you go to the RAND Corporation website, it says of the report, “Fake...”. But listen for yourself and make your own judgment. Fake or reality? Quote: “The present state of the U.S. economy does not suggest that it can function without financial and material support from external sources […] There is an urgent need for resources to flow into the national economy, especially the banking system. Only European countries bound by EU and NATO commitments will be able to provide them without significant military and political costs for us.” The main focus is on Germany. This is followed by an analysis of the weaknesses in the German and EU economies. Quote: “The current German economic model is based on two pillars. These are unlimited access to cheap Russian energy resources and to cheap French electric power, thanks to the operation of nuclear power plants. […] Halting Russian supplies can well create a systemic crisis that would be devastating for the German economy and indirectly, for the entire European Union.” French nuclear power would also be at risk from a possible cessation of nuclear fuel supplies. This is because Russia supplies almost 50% of the world’s reactor fuel rods. The following section, “A Controlled Crisis” describes how such a crisis could be brought about by the United States. Here are the most important excerpts: Quote: “Thanks to our precise actions, it has been possible to block the commissioning of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, despite the opposition of lobbyists from the steel and chemical industries. […] The only feasible way to guarantee Germany’s rejection of Russian energy supplies is to involve both sides in the military conflict in Ukraine. Our further actions in this country will inevitably lead to a military response from Russia. […] Putin may in turn decide to impose limited counter-sanctions – primarily on Russian energy supplies to Europe. Thus, the damage to the EU countries will be quite comparable to the one to the Russians, and in some countries – primarily in Germany – it will be higher. The prerequisite for Germany to fall into this trap is the leading role of green parties and ideology in Europe. The German Greens are a strongly dogmatic, if not zealous, movement, which makes it quite easy to make them ignore economic arguments. […] Personal features and the lack of professionalism of their leaders – primarily Annalena Baerbock and Robert Habeck – permit to presume that it is next to impossible for them to admit their own mistakes in a timely manner. Thus, it will be enough to quickly form the media image of Putin’s aggressive war to turn the Greens into ardent and hardline supporters of sanctions, a ‘party of war’. It will enable the sanctions regime to be introduced without any obstacles. […]” Germany’s involvement in large supplies of weapons and military equipment to the Ukrainian army will inevitably generate a strong mistrust in Russia, which will make the negotiation process quite lengthy. If war crimes and Russian aggression against Ukraine are confirmed, the German political leadership will not be able to overcome its EU partners’ veto on assistance to Ukraine and reinforced sanctions packages. This will ensure a sufficiently long gap in cooperation between Germany and Russia, which will make large German economic operators uncompetitive. With these recommendations, the USA remains true to its geopolitical strategy: separating Russia and Germany. The confluence of German technology and know-how with Russian manpower and natural resources is to be prevented in order to protect U.S. dominance. This permanent focus was already explained by strategist George Friedman in 2015 in the Stratfor speech. [www.kla.tv/7453] George Friedman: “For the United States, the primordial fear is Russian capital, Russian technology, I mean German technology and German capital, Russian natural resources and Russian manpower as the only combination that has for centuries scared the hell out of the United States. So how does this play out? (…) So, the primordial interest of the United States over which for centuries we have fought wars, the first, second and cold war has been the relationship between Germany and Russia. Because united they are the only force that could threaten us, and to make sure that that doesn’t happen.” The section of the RAND paper, Expected Consequences, provides a detailed breakdown of the likely effects of the war and the destruction of the German economy. Quote: A reduction in Russian energy supplies – ideally, a complete halt of such supplies – would lead to disastrous outcomes for German industry. […] Lockdowns in industrial enterprises will cause shortages of components and spare parts of manufacturing, a breakdown of logistic chains, and, eventually, a domino effect. A complete standstill at the largest in the chemical, metallurgical, and machine-building, plants is likely, while they have virtually no spare capacity to reduce energy consumption. […]” It should be noted that plants such as blast furnaces for steel production only function in continuous operation. Once shut down, they are irrevocably destroyed. The RAND paper goes on to say, Quote: “The cumulative losses of the German economy can be estimated only approximately. Even the restriction of Russian supplies is limited to 2022, its consequences will last for several years and the total losses could reach 200-300 billion euros. […] Not only will it deliver a devastating blow to the German economy, but the entire EU economy will inevitably collapse. […] The scenario under consideration will thus serve to strengthen the national financial condition (of the USA) both indirectly and most directly. In the short term, it will reverse the trend of the looming economic recession and, in addition, consolidate American society by distracting it from immediate economic concerns. This, in turn, will reduce electoral risks. In the medium term (4-5 years), the cumulative benefits of capital flight, re-oriented logistical flows and reduced competition in major industries may amount to USD 7-9 trillion.” This document was drafted long before Russia invaded Ukraine and was sent out over a month in advance. Essential parts have now come to pass exactly as had been drawn up. That the U.S. has pledged Green Party Foreign Minister Baerbock to its course so well is suggested by her statements before the Forum 2000 Congress on August 31, 2022. There she assured Ukraine of further arms deliveries, Quote: “…we stand with you as long as you need us, … I want to deliver, no matter what my German voters think, … I want to deliver to the people of Ukraine…” - Foreign minister Annalena Bearbock - Conclusion: Once again it becomes clear that wars do not simply fall from the sky. They are instigated and exploited by hard-core crisis profiteers. Recognizing this is the first step to end them. Spread broadcasts such as this one so that the people wake up. It is time to recognize and end any division. United, all power will be taken away from these crisis and war mongers.
