Global famine catastrophe looms! - Coincidence or plan? With commentary by Ernst Wolff
The issue of a global famine suddenly becomes the most important and alarming topic on the global agenda. But is Russia really responsible for it? Or are there completely different backgrounds?
For weeks, Western media and politicians have accused Russia of provoking a global famine and using hunger as a weapon. Russia also sees a global hunger crisis coming by the end of the year - but attributes it to high prices for grain and food, which are now unaffordable for the poorest countries.
Until the summer of 2020, the global price of wheat was stable at around $200 per ton. In the meantime, it has reached 450 dollars per ton. Russia sees the main reason for this huge price increase as the ill-considered economic measures taken by the United States and the European Union - the push for green energy and the rejection of Nord Stream 2, which have driven European gas prices to unprecedented heights. This made fertilizer production unprofitable, forcing factories to shut down.
The issue of a worldwide famine suddenly becomes the most important and alarming topic on the global agenda. But who is really responsible for this? Or are there completely different origins for this crisis?
Listen to the analysis of German author and financial expert Ernst Wolff.
Daily Dosis - Already planned: The scenario for upcoming famine catastrophe?
A commentary by Ernst Wolff
The world is currently heading for a gigantic famine catastrophe. Those who think this is due to the incompetence or lack of planning of politicians are reminded of the words of U.S. President Roosevelt, who said more than 80 years ago: "In politics, nothing happens by chance; if something happens, you can bet it was planned that way." Confirmation of Roosevelt's statement has come from the Rockefeller Foundation's so-called Lockstep paper from 2010, which foreshadowed the global health crisis that has been ongoing for 2.5 years. Whether lockdowns, vaccinations or the introduction of digital access restrictions, all of these measures were described in it more than a decade before they were introduced. Moreover, in October 2019, Event 201 took place, a simulation conducted by Johns Hopkins University, together with the World Economic Forum and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, in which a pandemic was simulated and the measures to be taken from the point of view of those in charge were acted out. The current approaching global hunger catastrophe is no different.
A simulation game has already been conducted for this, too, 6.5 years ago. On November 9 and 10, 2015, 65 international political and private sector leaders participated in the Food Chain Reaction event at the Washington headquarters of the World Wildlife Fund, WWF, simulating a crisis in the global food system. The scenario was designed by a group of experts from the U.S. State Department, the World Bank and the agricultural company Cargill. The event was conducted by a subdivision of the CMA Corporation, which works on behalf of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the National Disaster Relief Coordination Center. Funding was provided by Cargill, which controls a quarter of U.S. grain exports, and candy maker Mars. The whole thing was produced by the World Wildlife Fund, along with the Center for American Progress, a think tank founded in 2003 by Bill Clinton's political adviser John Podesta. It is run by lobbyist Tom Dashley, a top Democratic Party politician who was slated to be Secretary of Health and Human Services under Barack Obama but was unable to take office because of leaks about shady financial dealings.
For two days, meeting participants responded to a scenario that simulated a global food crisis for the years 2020 to 2030. It was triggered by- quote: "fluctuating food prices, unstable food supply amid ever-increasing population growth, rapid urbanization, severe weather events and social unrest."- end quote. The course of the crisis has been divided into four time periods. Round one spans 2020 to 2021, with major droughts in North America, social unrest in Southeast Asia and Africa, and food prices rising to 262% of long-term averages. Round two, from 2022 to 2024, sees major droughts in key growing regions and a dramatic increase in oil prices. Unrest and migration increase, as does panic buying in the face of growing insecurity. Food prices rise from 262 to 395% of long-term averages. Round three, from 2024 to 2027, sees a recovery in crop production across much of the world, easing pressure on markets. While isolated droughts cause unrest in the Sahel, global food prices fall from 395 to 145% of long-term averages. Round four sees droughts in Brazil, China and the United States, social unrest in India and protests in West African cities, plus a renewed rise in food prices from 141% to 387% of long-term averages.
The end of the simulation seems bizarre, in which, in addition to the introduction of a CO2 tax, there are unexpectedly high donations from all over the world to the United Nations food program. As a result, "the world is well equipped to deal with the catastrophe in the areas that can be reached by humanitarian organizations." As absurd as this sounds, at this point you should be choking on any laughter. For behind the term humanitarian organizations are in fact numerous NGO`s and foundations, such as the Open Society Foundation of George Soros, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum or Bread for the World of the Catholic Church. It is precisely these organizations that are gaining power and influence day by day in our time and that ensure that crises are systematically prepared and used to secure and consolidate the rule of the global elite by planning their course in general terms and exacerbating them if necessary, regardless of whether large parts of humanity are torn to ruin in the process. By the way, the website of the event Food Chain Reaction.org has been deleted in the meantime without giving any reasons.
