Kur Parlamenti i BE-së zbuloi se presidenti i Komisionit të BE-së von der Leyen po negocionte dhe po lidhte kontrata me kompanitë farmaceutike pas shpine, parlamentarët kërkuan njohuri. Por ata shohin vetëm dokumente të nxira, shumë pasazhe mbeten të fshehura edhe për ta. Më pas ata propozojnë një rezolutë për krijimin e një fondi kompensimi për viktimat e vaksinave Covid-19. Në nëntor 2020, zonja von der Leyen, Presidente e Komisionit të BE-së, negocioi dhe nënshkroi një kontratë me kompanitë farmaceutike. Ky akt ka ndodhur në fshehtësi dhe pas shpinës së Parlamentit Evropian. Pasojat e kësaj mospërfilljeje në Parlament ishin debate të nxehta në të cilat parlamentarët kërkuan akses në traktatet. Komisioni i BE-së, më keq se e drejta, iu dorëzua presionit. Në një artikull të datës 22 janar 2021, EURACTIV publikoi përgjigjen e mbështetur: “Kontrata e nënshkruar ndërmjet kompanisë farmaceutike dhe Komisionit të BE-së në nëntor 2020 iu prezantua deputetëve [...] në dispozicion në formatin e redaktuar pasi kompania ra dakord të hapte kontratën për shqyrtim.” Guximi i Komisionit të BE-së ndaj Parlamentit dhe fshirja e tij me letra të nxira, bëri që në veprim priftin dhe komentatorin rumun, deputetin e Parlamentit Evropian, Cristian-Vasile Terheş. Në tetor 2021 ai qëndroi në tryezën e Parlamentit të BE-së dhe shfryi zemërimin e tij. Për shkak të faqeve të nxira, bëhet e qartë se kompanitë farmaceutike kanë mbajtur qëllimisht sekrete dhe gjithashtu se Komisioni i BE-së nuk tregon interes që prodhuesit e barnave të jenë përgjegjës. Hapja për qëllim të rishikimit të kontratës rezulton të jetë një tallje. Mënyra se si Komisioni i BE-së e menaxhoi me mjeshtëri marrëveshjen e blerjes me kompanitë farmaceutike pas parlamentit është një tregues i pagabueshëm se marrja e pushtetit nga kompanitë farmaceutike është bërë fakt. Frau von der Leyen nuk ka bërë emër si Presidente e Komisionit të BE-së me veprimet e saj të nënshtruara, por përkundrazi e ekspozoi atë si një "kukull për farmacinë". Megjithatë, parlamentarët e BE-së nuk e gëlltitën thjesht fyerjen, por iu përgjigjën këtyre ngjarjeve të papranueshme duke paraqitur një të ashtuquajtur mocion për një rezolutë [formë veprimi me të cilën Parlamenti shpjegon qëndrimin e tij dhe i kërkon qeverisë të bëjë disa ndryshime, për shembull] Bëhet fjalë për ngritjen e një fondi evropian për kompensimin e viktimave të vaksinave Covid-19 nga Pfizer/BioNTech, Janssen, Moderna dhe AstraZeneca. Në aplikim thuhet si më poshtë: Parlamenti i BE-së mbështetet në Rregullën 143 të Rregullores së Punës me konsideratat e mëposhtme: A. që Agjencia Evropiane e Barnave liston tashmë rreth një milion raste të efekteve anësore pas vaksinimit me vaksinat COVID-19: - 435,779 raste të vaksinës Pfizer BioNTech, - 373,285 raste të vaksinës AstraZeneca, - 117,243 raste të vaksinës Moderna, - 27.694 raste për vaksinën Janssen; B. që këto efekte anësore ndonjëherë janë serioze, për shembull se rreth 75,000 njerëz thuhet se kanë përjetuar efekte anësore serioze neurologjike pas dhënies së vaksinës Pfizer; C. Sipas Agjencisë Evropiane të Barnave, rreth 5,000 njerëz në Bashkimin Evropian u vranë nga administrimi i vaksinave për COVID-19: - në 4198 persona për vaksinën Pfizer - në 1053 persona për vaksinën AstraZeneca - në 392 persona për vaksinën Moderna, - dhe në 138 persona me vaksinën Janssen D. se Komisioni Evropian negocioi kontratat e shitjes duke mos treguar interes për përgjegjësinë e prodhuesve të barnave dhe se anëtarët e Parlamentit Evropian nuk kishin akses në kontratat gjatë negociatave. Së fundi, mocioni thotë: Parlamenti i BE-së i bën thirrje Presidentes së Komisionit znj. von der Leyen që të përcjellë mocionin për një rezolutë të paraqitur nga Parlamenti Komisionit të BE-së dhe Shteteve Anëtare. Aplikimi, i bazuar në shifrat e Agjencisë Evropiane të Barnave (EMA) për personat që janë dëmtuar ose kanë vdekur nga vaksinimet me detajet e vaksinave përkatëse ose prodhuesit e tyre, duket se hedh pak më shumë dritë mbi kontratat e errëta midis Komisionit të BE-së. dhe partnerët e saj kontraktualë. Siç u përmend tashmë, ajo bazohet në faktin se kompanitë farmaceutike janë liruar nga çdo përgjegjësi. Kështu, mocioni i propozuar për një rezolutë mund të kuptohet si një pasojë logjike e një nevoje urgjente për të marrë përgjegjësinë për të lënduarit nga vaksinimi. Mbetet për t'u parë nëse ky aplikacion do të miratohet. Për momentin shtrohet pyetja: nëse miratohet mocioni për rezolutë, kush do ta ushqejë këtë fond? Cilat fonde mund të mbulojnë shumat e tmerrshme, të pakontrollueshme të parave për të kompensuar viktimat e vaksinave Covid-19? Si do të duken lëvizjet e radhës në tabelën e shahut mes Parlamentit dhe Presidentit? Vaksinimi i planifikuar i detyrueshëm është në sallë, si dhe kërcënimi me gjoba të larta për ata që nuk duan të vaksinohen. A po planifikojnë diktatorët e vaksinimit grushtin e ardhshëm të shtetit dhe po sigurohen që atyre që nuk duan të vaksinohen t'u kërkohet të paguajnë derisa të gjakoset përfundimisht për vdekje dhe të mbushet fondi? Politika e errët e Corona tani do të ishte e aftë për çdo gjë. Ndiqeni te dashur shikues me ne ku po shkon udhetimi...
