The production and use of medicines and remedies are usually subject to strict legal regulations. However, numerous parts of this consumer protection have been suspended, especially for the Corona vaccines - many people are still unaware of this today. The changed regulation resembles the "Gold ass!" from Grimm's fairy tale: The drivers of the Corona vaccination agenda who are not liable for possible damages, have the gold ducats of the tax-payers fall into their treasure chests ...

Corona vaccines: Consumer protection thrown overboard!
The production of drugs and medicinal products that are on the market are usually subject to strict legal regulations. The law regulates the safeguarding and protection in the interests of the consumer, in other words, it focuses on the patient and relieves them from possible damage that could occur as a result of the administered preparation. However, when it comes to fighting the Corona virus, it seems that essential regulations have been thrown overboard – with the justification, of course, that all this is done to both protect the population and ensure the availability of vaccines. This means that alongside the passing of the Infection Protection Act, a new ordinance was introduced, barely noticed by the population.
Numerous parts of the Medicines Act have been repealed specifically for Corona vaccines. The name of the new regulation is: Ordinance of the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) to ensure the supply of the population with products of medical need during the epidemic […], short MedBVSV.
In the following, Kla.TV highlights the significant changes to the Medicines Act, which could well explain the many dramatic consequences resulting from Corona vaccinations.
1)Paragraph 8(3) stipulates that expired medicinal products may not be put on the market. This no longer applies to Corona vaccines!
2) Paragraph 10, 11 and 11a have also been repealed. This concerns the labeling of the product, the package leaflet and specialist information. In practice, this means that Corona vaccines can be filled into any vials, that they no longer need to be labelled, that package inserts and technical information are also no longer required.
3.) Paragraph 32 of the Medicines Act regulates a governmental batch testing! A batch is, for example, 1000 or 10,000 such vaccine vials. Normally, before they are put on the market, they are stored, whereupon the federal agency comes by and does spot checks - that is, takes out any one of those vials and checks the contents for quality, etc.
Only when this usually very strict quality test has been carried out, can the drug be put on the market. What used to be true no longer applies to the Corona vaccine! The product is put on the market without being checked beforehand and is being vaccinated.
4.) Paragraph 94 is about the so-called coverage provision. It means that the pharmaceutical entrepreneur must take precautions so that he can meet his legal obligations to compensate for damages in an emergency. This means that if a drug is subject to an obligation to obtain marketing authorization, the entrepreneur must set aside money to meet a possible claim for damages. This law was eradicated for Corona vaccines.
5.) Continue with paragraph 84; it addresses strict liability. It now releases drug manufacturers, physicians and pharmacists from all liability from possible damages. If a patient suffers damage as a result of treatment with the vaccine, no one is liable for the consequential damage.
6.) In the course of the enacted exemptions in the Infection Protection Act, Section 5 of the Transfusion Act was also modified. When the vaccine was originally launched, it was stated that vaccinated individuals would not be allowed to participate in blood donations. This is obvious in the case of vaccine sera with mRNA substances. The reason is that these substances would pass from the donor blood to the patient. Eligibility and deferral criteria for whole blood, blood components, and plasma may now be omitted on the grounds of ensuring the supply of blood and blood components and its products.
Dear viewers, legislative changes that serve only to ensure the quantity of Corona vaccines so that they can still be administered as if on a factory assembly line are scandalous and the consequences are unimaginable. This is clear evidence that the German federal government is not concerned here with protecting the population, nor with fighting Corona. Clearly, other purposes are being served.
The Corona vaccine is comparable to the Gold-ass in Grimm's fairy tale. The amended regulation is similar to the "Gold-ass!" unanimously evoked by the operators of the corona vaccination agenda. So with no further delay, the donkeys (i.e. the tax-payers) incessantly pour their gold coins into the treasure chests of the p(l)andemic instigators.
Drawing money from a created crisis is not only morally unacceptable, but also deeply contemptuous of humanity. That’s why the crisis-profit ban applies here too: money back!
However, the fairy tale of “The Wishing-Table & the Gold-Ass” also tells of the Club in the Sack for those who enrich themselves unlawfully and steal.
