Flood catastrophe 2021: Inconsistencies uncovered

The flood disaster in the Ahr Valley in July 2021 are still heating up people’s minds. It is not because of the flood itself but because of the many inconsistencies and contradictions as well as the stern failure of politics, authorities and the leading media which left its marks. This present program has the purpose to serve as historic documentation thanks to eye-witnesses, since historiography has always been manipulated to the advantage of those governing. Manipulation of the weather: Observance of unusual and unnatural happenings. As early as in the 1950ies and 1960ies, the Pentagon invested hundreds of millions of research funds in weather manipulation techniques. On 14 August 1952 the British Royal Airforce “sprayed” rain clouds above inhabited regions in an experiment, kicking off a flood disaster resulting in 34 dead. The documents were kept under tight secrecy in order to prevent the population from learning about this military weather experiment, and the flood disaster was sold as “God’s Hand” to the public without further argument. In the meantime many patents on weather manipulation have come into existence. Airplanes spreading a milky veil by aerosols, aluminum oxide and other pollutants can almost be seen daily. This is called “Geoengineering”. These clouds can be induced by a radar unit as vividly demonstrated on the “Wetteradler” Channel. These installations scattered over all Europe can not only measure weather but also change it– a fact hidden from most of the population. This kind of weather manipulation is sold to the population as a consequence of the climate change resulting from CO2. Failure of the state driven by an agenda? The failure of the state became shocking and embarrassing when the flood disaster occurred on 14 and 15 July in the Western part of Germany. On 11 July, four days before the flood, the British hydrologist H. Cloke rang the first alarm by way of the European Early Warning System EFAS. Two days later the German weather services followed with a forecast of up to 200 liters/sqm. There has been zero reaction by the authorities. But because there were more than 188 casualties, the Department of Public Persecution felt compelled to investigate the authorities concerning negligent homicide and bodily injury. How is it possible that all of the official state authorities have failed to such a disastrous extent? Could it be that the precautionary measures had been neglected purposefully in order to go ahead with the man-made climate change agenda? History confirmed with numbers and dates In the past, the Ahr Valley has had floods every hundred years. Flood disasters evidently occurred there in 1601, 1719, 1804, 1910, and now in 2021. 63 persons lost their lives, even horses and cattle perished in the devastating flood of 1804. 129 homes, 162 barns and stables, 18 mills, eight forges and most of the bridges were destroyed, another 449 residential houses were damaged. Moreover, there is a historical report on the disastrous “Magdalen Flood” of 1342. The Rhine, the Main, the Danube, Moselle, the Moldava, Elbe, Weser and Unstrut were overflooded. 6000 people lost their lives at the time in the Danube area alone. Epidemics, famines, and the Plague followed. Why is it that the current reporting about the Ahr Valley the history is being ignored and the allegedly man-made climate change exclusively being stated as the cause? Volunteers give the earliest assistance The last signal from the Altenahr water peak meter was at 8.45 pm when it was washed away by the flood. As late as 11.09pm, the crisis management decided a quick evacuation. Too late: Up to that point 132 people had died, another 74 were missing. “No police, no sirens, no information”, said eye-witness Marion Lehmann. Therefore, she stayed in her house, with no electricity. She communicated with her neighbors by means of a torch and listened to the River Ahr storming against her house. While the population’s helpfulness was stupendous from the very beginning, there was no official assistance for days. A woman doctor built up an assistance center at the Aloisius Primary School at Ahrweiler. Up to 1000 hot meals were handed out daily. 700 firemen there were made available as well who were forced to stand aside for one whole week, simply because they had not received any mission order. Media campaign against volunteer helpers and private initiatives Leading media and politics obviously made strong distinctions between volunteers according to their respective political affiliation. Several leading media reproached numerous volunteer helpers of being unwanted “contrarians”, “corona deniers”, “right wing extremists”. This political accusation was contradicted by a female emergency doctor who had been helping for five days. Thanks to helpers and many donations, a private first aid emergency room had been set up at the Primary School Ahrweiler. The population was not informed about it, neither through police, nor the fire brigade. In spite of this fiasco, hundreds of afflicted people found their way there by word-of-mouth recommendation. After the media baiting the outpatient clinic was abruptly shut down, the authorities advancing threadbare reasons. Politicians and authorities showed that the welfare of the afflicted people on site were not of much interest to them. Their real concern was rather to divert attention from their own failure, their persistent denial of assistance, and to blame exclusively the looming climate change for the disaster. Simulation game: Flood disaster planned since 2012? The Bundestag print matter 17/12051 dating from January 3, 2013 dealt with a SARS-pandemic and with “Level-Comprehensive Risk Management by example of Flood Disaster”. Such a flood disaster, like the one that occurred in the Ahr Valley, is extensively described in this paper in detail. However, the prescribed emergency measures, evacuations and emergency aid did not take place, although there had been weather forecasts warning long before. As early as 12 July 2021, a metereologist requested the government to evacuate the population because serious floods were expected. This warning was discarded. Disturbingly, the flood catastrophe had obviously been triggered, as reported by many eye-witnesses. Consequently, the river dams had not been firstly discharged, as it should have been such as in cases of heavy rain falls, and as it was explicitly requested in the Bundestag print. Sanction center dot Wordpress commented: “That was the German Federal Government’s act of war against its own people.” Politicians promote their effectiveness at the expense of those who suffer hardship and those in need. A volunteer helper, member of a DLRG’s (German Live Saving Organization) local committee reported in a video on his fighting his way through the disaster zone to a village that had had no assistance from outside for four days since the start of the flood. The inhabitants told him that they believed they had been forgotten. He was shocked when reporting that they had to hold out with no food or drink for several days, while the politicians were taken by helicopter to other places within the flood region in order to promote themselves as supporting saints. During his performance in Erfstadt, German Federal President Steinmeier spoke before the cameras and said: “Their fate breaks our hearts.” However, Erfstadt citizens who wanted to talk to the President were rudely pushed away by municipal officers. Does the flood disaster serve politicians for their election campaigns? The flood disaster obviously shows how important the population is to many politicians. The candidates for the chancellorship Scholz, Baerbock and Laschet used the catastrophe to put up a show with the help of the media. Was it more important for them to make believe that this natural disaster was the consequence of climate change rather than taking care of the needs of the victims? While Federal President Steinmeier gave condolences to the citizens, Armin Laschet’s behavior in the background - irreverently fooling around with other politicians - was a slap in the face of the victims. Ahr Valley disaster instrumentalized for “climate indulgence”? Germany on July21st, 2021: The 200 recovered hardly buried bodies are being called “climate victims” by established politics and are thus misused so that their climate agenda is mantra-like spread and their climate policies enforced. Bernd Ulrich (Die Zeit) for instance calls the event a “non-nature disaster” and blames the state for not doing enough for the enforcement of reversing the climate - which means horrendous taxation on heating, gasoline, and diesel oil. Moreover, complete eradication of combustion engines, prohibition of charcoal, etc. The victims of the Magdalen flood in 1342 were similarly mis-used. This was supposedly the most severe flood catastrophe in Middle Europe since the last 1000 years. At the time it was not the state but the Catholic Church which immediately stepped forward to secure its supremacy by scooping sinners with indulgence letters. Obviously a well-proven business model. Federal Government renounces to European aid The Federal Government did not ask for the aid of the European Disaster Protection Pool. This was brought to light by way of a request by a Member of Parliament, Seitz. The Federal Government does not see any request for this offer at the moment whereas – just in the recent weeks - billions of aid packages were made available for aid projects in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. The victims of the flood got 400 million Euros and citizens were called up to relieve the needs with donations. The pictures, however, show that the reconstruction costs amount not to millions but to billions. At the same time, the government also withheld the EU-means that these afflicted people were entitled to. Isn’t this the proof that the population is not governed the way it should? In order to prevent the flood disaster event to stay in minds as a self-inflicted climate change, which is a mockery of the flood victims, a strong counter-voice is necessary: The faithful distribution of this program by you, the audience.
