YNP-10: Short Interview with Dr. Maya Valecha (of Indian Doctors for Truth)

Dan: Dr. Maya, here is news from the Hindu newspaper. Prime Minister Modi launches digital pay system e-rupee. Is this cause for celebration? Should we celebrate? Dr. Maya: No, because most of the time it doesn’t work in India. That’s what is our experience in the last one and a half years. Dan: So India’s experiment with a cashless society seems to not be a success yet? Dr. Maya: No, no, because any shop you go most of the time, many times their instrument is either not working, either there is no network - lots of problems. Dan: I recently saw a video from California where a woman being interviewed referring to the unvaccinated said: The Delta-variant is on them, the unvaccinated, she was blaming the unvaccinated. Are the unvaccinated being scapegoated in India, too – in the general public or in the media? Dr. Maya: Yes, yes. They are. Not in the way you described about California. But people do talk about it in the newspaper. Dan: Okay, next. In regard to Prime Minister Modi’s farm reform bills, there were some protests in India in 2020 over his farm reform bills. Henry Kissinger once said: Control oil and you control nations. Control food and you control the people. Do Prime Minister Modi’s farm reform bills transfer control of Indian farms from the people – that is the small farmer – over to the oligarchy that is corporate agro-business? Dr. Maya: Yes, I totally agree with that and I tell actually people that the same people who are behind these farmer’s bills, are farmers now actually act, are behind this whole corona, for the way you call it. Dan: Plandemic – Dr. Maya: Plandemic, Scandal, whatever. Dan: Right. Good. Is Prime Minister Modi a member of what we might call the Davos club or the ‘globalist oligarchy’? Dr. Maya: Of course, I mean, Indian Ministers do go to Davos. Prime Minister is known to take advice from Bill Gates, I mean nothing is done behind the doors – I mean it’s all in the open, in the sense that - I mean three public health associations of Indian doctors – preventative social medicine, epidemiologists, their association have told on their letterhead… that the first lockdown was not advised by them and the government was acting under advice of a simulation experiment that was done. Now we know by a powerful institute. And we all know what that simulation experiment and whatthat powerful institute... So it’s all in the open. Dan: …no secrets there. Dr. Maya: Yes. Dan: Speaking of Bill Gates, is he seen in a positive light by the Indian public? Dr. Maya: Yes, most of the people, because I just recently met...(someone) as enlightened as a School Management Association President – and he just, naive question: how Bill Gates is involved in this? So most people can’t connect this with he’s a big philanthropist – because all the mainstream media tells like that. So people don’t have that clear picture. Yes, a minor portion who are awakened, they know it. Dan: Right, right. Next: Is the Indian Medical Establishment and Political Class as beholdened to the pharmaceutical industry as they are in the west? Dr. Maya: Of course, yes, and I tell you one thing: Just during this pandemic, there were small sessions of Parliament going on and the question was asked whether government wants to – I mean form many regulations about the pharmaceuticals not luring doctors. So it’s going on, that was very well proved. But this government replied: that no, the ethics which both parties should handle on their own. We will not formulate any rules for them. So all the three are involved. Dan: Right, right. Are there any anti-lockdown and anti-mandatory-vaccine protests occurring in India now? Dr. Maya: The way I told you at our small town level …we were doing, Awaken India Movement is doing at, I mean, national level also, but: how many? See, ours is a country of 1.4 billion. And in that: the way I told you - no on social media, because of social media bombardment from our side, now people are realizing, even we talked that before I tell them many people are knowing many things, I tell you. But because of scared not many people, the way you see, I mean half a million or million people on the road of London or in France, so many cities, thousands of people, no, that kind of movement is not seen, the other organization which I was talking about, this Alternative Practicing Medicine Doctors and all that – they are still not coming on the road. So only few people I would say, we are on the road. But on the social media and on I mean every – now even mainstream media will start taking something. Dan: Good, well let’s hope that this snowball can get bigger and India maybe can be part of a world movement to get us out of this mess. Dr. Maya: Yes. I mean, we can’t leave, what I’m saying to people is, my whole life I have been in the movements, and I say that if you are right, and if you don’t leave your point – just don’t get disappointed at any moment, and you will win. And I have experienced it during my slum dwellers movement, if you are right you have to hold. (hold firm) Dan: Okay, good, Dr. Maya, thank you very much for your time today, and I hope to talk to you again. Dr. Maya: Okay, see you again.
