Transcription of the interview:
And yeah, I think your expression inverse of reality is the perfect expression to describe how corporate media functions. Again, you know, I have been going to Syria since 2014. I think it's like 15 times, including last year, and every time there was a story. You know, in corporate media, it was the inverse of reality, like when Aleppo was liberated of Al-Qaeda forces. The media was saying Aleppo fell, you know, and like the average consumer of media in the West has, perhaps a, precisely due to this misreporting, they have no idea that normal Syrian civilians couldn't walk freely in the streets when Al-Qaeda and other rebels were in charge of the city. And when Aleppo fell, suddenly, women could walk dressed as they pleased, sit at cafes, and people could walk freely without fear of being sniped or bombed or pointblank executed by these terrorists. And like, every single, there's so many examples, we could talk for hours about how media reported the inverse of reality, even Duma, like the chemical hoax story aside. When I went to Duma some weeks after the alleged, chemical hoax or chemical attack - the hoax, you know, most people I met and as you know, I speak local Arabic, so I was speaking with them one on one, most I met were like: “what are you talking about chemical, we want to tell you how they starved us and how they imprisoned us and how they executed people in public squares”, you know, that’s…
Sounds pretty familiar to what we're hearing in Ukraine right now, doesn't it?
And the other point I would make is, you know, I know you've interviewed Vanessa Beeley at length and she's done by far the most in depth work on the White Helmets. But even they themselves are an inverse of reality, you know, they've taken over the role of the real Syrian Civil Defense. And, you know, I worked with medics in Gaza under the bombs. And exactly what happened to them, the White Helmets have taken their history, their stories under Israeli bombs, and made it into their own story. But it's a complete fake. You know, we don't need to get into the White Helmets too much right now. But it's just so many examples of inverse of reality. And it's maddening when you're actually in a place, seeing what's happening, and then see how it's being misreported 180 degrees opposite in the media.
Yeah, yeah, I was actually just trying to find a, something you recently posted. If I can't find it real quick I'm just going to go past it. But there was a recent reference you made to your work in Syria and how you showed, and specifically to the White Helmets, how you showed a contrast to the image that was used by the actual civil defense. So I’m conflating all these different, to the real, the real white helmets, whatever the original name was – The real Syrian Civil Defense, yeah - civil defense, okay. And compared it to an image that was used later by the false White Helmets, a couple of days later of them rescuing a child and used it as the inverse of the reality. It's just, it's so interesting how this is such a common tactic. And it's easy to prove, and it just comes back to people choosing their political investment. You know, choosing to say that I'm going to, I won't, I shouldn't agree with this, because I'm not supposed to, you know, it's very frustrating. This keeps happening. But anyway, I can't seem to find it. I’ll included after we do the show notes after the fact. But I want to come back to this clip right here. But by the way, the White Helmets are such an obvious crossover to all of this. It's the same idea, right? You're basically hijacking a group, pretending to be this group and then utilizing it to carry out I mean, what's happening in Ukraine right now, the government is not the Ukrainian government or not the Ukrainian people. It's the same concept. It's a cutout right. But to this clip here, or this Guardian article, this is the same one we just referenced “Russian forces accused”, which means they don't know of what happened here. And by the way, saying “newly released satellite images”, which by the way, CNN seemingly just admitted aren't accurate, which is a huge point to make. But it says the mayor who you're referencing said Russian trucks had collected corpses from the streets of the port city and had transported them to the nearby village of Manhush. They were then secretly thrown into mass graves in a field next to the settlement. So again, this has been, apparently CNN is now, and by the way you have exposed, but I'm just pointing to CNN for those that need to see that to make for them to like, make it Connect, which is ridiculous. They're showing you that that's not true. Right. So here they are, citing what somebody said, and he's caught lying. That's the mayor that they keep citing as absolute facts. With no due diligence. He's now lying, as you know, from Eva’s work. Then it goes on to say the US company Maxar Technologies released images of what appeared to be the mass graves, we just went over this, right? So I just want us to see that they're using this mass grave push, which brings me to my next point into another area, which we just discussed, Bucha. So we'll all be clear. It's very clear and exposed by Eva's work alone, but the fact that they're now coming along to admit it that Mariupol’s mass graves are lies. Here's Bucha, or the argument of Bucha. This is an article from April 4, where the mayor again, but it's a different mayor, and Anatoly Fedoruk says, quote: “in Bucha, we have already buried 280 People in mass graves”, right, and this is quoted elsewhere. So he admits that they move these people into mass graves. My first point was, isn't that pretty disgusting, that these are your people, and you control the area and you're just dumping them in mass graves. I mean, I think you want to comment on that. I find it pretty telling personally. But then going into the next article, this is the Wall Street Journal: “Ukraine brings first war crimes charges against Russian soldiers in Bucha”. This is from April 28th, today. Here's what it says: “In late March after the Russian military retreated”, which I don't think is a fair representation of what happened, “Ukrainian authorities said they discovered more than 400 dead civilians, their bodies packed into mass graves and left splayed on streets and sidewalks. Many with bullet wounds and somewhat the wrist bound behind the backs”. Basically, they're now using this to say that Russian troops did this to them and torture them and put them in the grave. So your thoughts on the obvious contrast between what's being reported and what ultimately ends up being stated about the reality?
Yeah, I hadn't seen that report. But I mean, when you're reading it, and you're talking about people's arms being tied behind their back and being executed that is precisely the style of the Azov and other Nazi battalions. You mentioned Patrick Lancaster earlier. I know he did an interview in Mariupol. He did a video sorry, in Mariupol where he's talking about having I believe, if I remember correctly, he saw one of these what I think it was a woman who saw that had been bound her hands behind her back and executed. Roman Kozarev of the journalists that was with at the cemetery, not the mass grave, he also talked about, in 2014 or 15, in areas where the Azov or Aidar retreated from, they found mass graves and he also talked about this execution style. I was in Lugansk a few weeks ago, I joined for a very brief two day trip a media delegation, including corporate media journalists from two mainstream French television networks. So, again, I make that point to point out that Russia is not restricting access to media. They're trying to get journalists to come here. I think it's naive. I think it's in vain, because the journalists are not going to report honestly. But I see why they're doing it. So they can say, well, we've given them access at least. What was my point? Oh, yeah, we went to Lugansk. And there we met a woman, Anna, I forget her last name. But she was detailing Ukraine's war crimes, you know, including these mass graves. There's a wonderful journalist, George Eliason, based in the Lugansk region. And he himself has written extensively about this issue of Ukrainian mass graves of executed civilians, executed by Ukrainian forces. So, again, we're talking about this inversion of reality of how people are executed. It's consistently been the style of Ukrainian and an Azov and other Nazi brigades. And the fact that if there were mass graves, it's been Ukraine who has been doing them. I mean, I, I'm open to seeing evidence of Russia doing it, but I don't believe it. I haven't seen any compelling evidence. And the other thing that someone made a very good point, like, you know, these regions, we're talking about Mariupol. These are ethnic Russians, why would Russia want to be killing its own people? You know, I mean, you know, you don't even have to ask a question, what mainstream media won't ask that question, because they've already depicted President Putin as a maniac, right, just like they did President Assad. And therefore, you don't need to apply any logical questions just like whenever they accused Syria of launching a chemical attack against its people, it made absolutely no sense precisely for the reasons that they knew that would drop bring the wrath of the West upon them since Obama made his red line speech. And it was always when Syria was winning by conventional army methods, right? So it just made no sense, but didn't need to make sense because the West had been convinced that the respective leadership are absolutely insane.
It's the same thing we're seeing now, I mean, and again, you should consider all possibilities. Nobody's telling you not to. But the evidence matters. And at the end of the day, we've already seen their narratives explode, one after the other from “caught off Guardian”, exposing all the different lies, they've continued to float about that ghost of Kyiv, or whatever else that are 100% verifiably false. And even the Western press has pointed this out. So the mass graves now on the same point, it just keeps jumping from one lie to the next. And as you pointed out, it's the same thing we've been seeing over and over and over throughout history. I mean, you can go back to Iraq, you can go back anywhere, it's incredible that we keep allowing these lies to continue. And I again, go back to the same point that I actually don't believe that most people are, I think they're just desperately pushing out the false majority, because they need people to believe that they have that investment. And it could be true. But at the end of the day, the evidence is pretty clear. And it's become so childish now, where it just becomes ignoring evidence, because that's the bad guy side or whatever, with no evidence. It’ really juvenile. So I wanted to point out again, the idea of what they're saying, you're talking to people, Patrick's talking to people, plenty of people are getting real world evidence, which of course, could be fake, but the evidence is a lot and ongoing compared to the stuff like this, where it simply says Russian troops held them captive denying them food, says people on the ground. It's like, okay, well, where's the evidence? I mean, this all hinges on the credibility of the Wall Street Journal, which I don't find to be that credible these days or any of the Western press. But taking that point into the next argument. Here's what they report today, as it says, or sorry the 23rd, this is the one before of it. “Russian officer accused of Bucha killings promoted to Colonel”, I just want to make a point about what it says here. It says “the UK on Thursday said it was imposing new sanctions on what it called key leaders in Russia’s army targeting those commanding the frontline to commit these heinous acts. They included the commanding officer of the Russian military unit that occupied Bucha”, who identified as this person here, “Lieutenant Colonel Omurbekov” you maybe could pronounce it better than me. “Hundreds of people were found dead in Bucha”, as it says, “after Russian forces withdrew”, and it says, “including some with their hands tied, Russia has denied the allegations”. The point is that they're passing sanctions on people after something that they have not verified. I just want you, It's incredible that they're sanctioning them as even they admit, this is simply what they were told. I just think that’s an incredible reality to recognize. They haven't independently verified anything. They admit that as the UK Government, but yet say they're already casting sanctions. I think it's a really quick insight into how they don't even need facts and data.
Right. Well, you remember, when they went, again, with reference to Syria on the Duma chemical hoax, you remember how the Trump administration bombed Syria before they even had sent weapons inspectors to the site in question, you know, and they bombed, I forget the regions now I think one was Homs. One was in Damascus in a residential area of Damascus and I forget the other site, but that was before they even had sent inspectors to the site in question. So like you said, they don't even need evidence, you know? Um, I wrote an article, I don't know if have it open. Anyway, I'll send you the link if you want. But I wrote an article, I think it was in 2020. And it was about how the UN was accusing Russia of war crimes in Syria. And I think I titled it something like, based on you know, UN says so or something, but the whole premises, you know, sources say independent sources, we could not verify this, our sources outside of Syria say. It's always like this, you know.
Because we know Putin’s playbook, therefore we know, sorry, I'm just making a joke, because we know Putin is playbook, therefore, we can just assume right over with no evidence, that's where we are today. Please continue.
And it really is treating the public as complete idiots, which I hope offends some people.
Sure it does. But so it's just, it's obvious that this is being kind of, I mean, they're challenging their own narrative with their own reporting. That's what I find so interesting. I mean, even as I pointed out in the previous show, that one of the mayor's earlier had already claimed that they've started to burn the bodies. It just doesn't make sense. So now you say you buried them or you found them and you're burning them, and no investigation did even exist in the first place. And it's, I’m not saying that I know , I don't know but the point is, neither do you or anybody else out there we're simply taking the narrative of people we'll finish off here with that I think are obviously dangerous characters. But the last point on the mass graves: Guardian just came out with an interesting article that seems to directly challenge what even they're reporting from the ground right now, which was same point that saying that they're shot in the head, hands bound but here are right now arguing wait a minute, they were killed by metal darts. Which is interesting because that directly challenges what they said happened first of all, that they were executed shot in the head, but then also challenges the whole narrative about, were these, where they shelling because on the ground, you can prove that Ukraine and Russia were both fighting in this area. But on the video, you can see only one of them pretty indiscriminately shelling the area which we later know there were civilians in these houses. I mean, you can prove all this stuff. So they were firing the shells. The question comes down to who was using the old 1970s Soviet-era cluster bombs with Flechette's. I wanted your thoughts first before I go to the next point.
Well, I'm going to defer to Brian Berletic who was formerly known as Tony Cartalucci, Land Destroyer. He put out on his telegram channel a video looking at this particular issue and I forget all the points he made, but he's basically arguing that it is the Ukrainian army that uses the dart bombs the Flechette bombs. And so, but I found it interesting I wasn't aware, because again, I'm in a bit of a haze because they don't have a lot of internet access I wasn't aware of the Guardians initial story and its latest one contrasting its initial one and that's really worth hammering home because I have to imagine in their original report where they insisted it was hands bound and point blank executions that they asserted that this was the truth and nothing but the truth right? And now like you're seeing they're contradicting themselves so that alone should make people pause and say like, well, how can we believe you now if you were so sure before now, it turns out your story's changed. I would encourage people to look at Brian Brian Berletic’s, I think that's the proper pronunciation of his last name, video on, basically arguing that it's Ukrainian forces that have possession of these dart bombs. Yeah. And I also just want to note, like I have experience with these dart bombs because Israel has used them widely in Gaza. They killed a Palestinian journalist. I think his name is Fadel Shana'a. I forgot which year, I want to say 2006, but I know for sure in 2009, in January 2009, the Israeli army used dart bombs that killed a medic friend that I worked with, they shot the dart bomb right at the ambulance (inaudible) was standing at. He was shredded with these little razor sharp darts, which I don't know if this article gets into it, but they're designed on impact to break apart and cause more damage and make it, if the person survives, make it very difficult to extract these little metal fragments. But Arafah was shredded because it was shot right at his ambulance. And he went into shock and died and he was just a beautiful volunteer medic, he was a high school teacher. But then the salt on the wound was that they fired at the morning tents the next day. So family and friends and relatives that had gathered to pay their respects to Arafah they were fired upon with these dart bombs and more people were killed and injured. And when I was writing about this back in the day in 2009 I remember coming across a kid, he was from central Gaza or something and he still had a dart in his shoulder which could not be removed it was to, so anyway to just make the point. You know if we want to believe for the sake of argument if we want to believe that Russia has used dart bombs on these people in Bucha, which I don't believe but if you want to believe that this is a war crime. Israel has done it repeatedly and widely to Palestinians in Gaza where's your indignation? Where's the condemnation?
I mean, even this article the way that it just, I was actually blown away that the Guardian actually even put this in the article. I mean, it's what you were just literally saying that this person died and they shot it. And then they do it all the time and a paragraph, it's like, wait a minute. That's incredible. Like you literally just admit that you know they do it all the time, and nobody seems to care about it. And it’s just, it's frustrating. It's so blatantly hypocritical. And then the other point is that these things are used regularly. Butterfly bolts we've talked about as well. These are just punitive actions meant to hurt people. And the other question will be why in the world as to your point, Russia would use an old Soviet era, actually 1970s is the level I looked at, is the SH one I believe, is one of the munitions and that's from the 1970s. And the other point I keep making is that this is being stated, even as we know, in the Western press already came out I think it was April, March 21. And literally reported that US was sending Soviet defense systems, but Soviet weaponry, secretly acquired to Ukraine. It just blows me away that we have the pieces. Right. I mean, an argument as well, so we would know how to work against them. Oh, because Russia uses old 70s soviet era weaponry? No, you know, it's just…
Well, I mean, yeah, I mean, your question, why would Russia use those weapons? If they did? And I don't for a moment believe they did. They have all sorts of weapons. If their goal was to massacre civilians, they can just use conventional bombs, you know?
Exactly, which would work much better.
It's just not logical in any sense.
On top of that, how about the evidence, right? Even the Guardian is acknowledging we have lots of evidence Israel does this regularly. But there's no evidence to prove that this, in fact, was Russia, just Putin's playbook. And that's, this is where we get into things that are, you know, wildly hypocritical. And then the last point was what Tony, I'd like to get the link, by the way to his new work, because Tony does great work. This is from, actually I credit this to iEarlGrey, is an account on YouTube. This was from October 2014. And this is after the US government controlled territory here and the regime change. Surgeons and Ukraine's rebel Donetsk confirm cluster bomb usage. And this is backed up by Human Rights Watch, where they're confirming that the Ukrainian side used not only the Flechettes, but cluster bombs with the Flechettes and acknowledge, and they this the point today, they're acknowledging that they're using cluster bombs, or rather, the other side is without any hypocritical or excuse me, without any pointing out that US government gets caught using these all over the place. But we already kind of talked about it, because last point, just it's obvious that the Ukraine side has already been caught using these things with the exact same thing. And yet, the Western press can't even be bothered to mention that in their reporting of the exact same - It just is pretty obvious, right?
Well, you know, and I mentioned the media delegation, I joined a couple of weeks ago, maybe three weeks ago now, it was like, march 24, 25, I think, if I remember correctly, anyway, we were just two days in the DPR and LPR. We started in Donetsk, we started at the site of a march 14th Tochka-U missile strike, which included cluster munitions which killed I think, 21 people and injured up to 40. Right. So we were at the site, we could see the imprint of the impact point, you know, in the pavement, and we could see candles and flowers laid in memorial to the people that were murdered. And then, of course, during the two days, meeting various people that we met, we heard at length about, you know, Ukraine's eight years of war on the people of Donbass of, like you said, the 14,000 people killed, of whom at least, I believe it's at least 8000 are civilians. I did, I tallied by contacting authorities in both republics to find out how many civilians so I think I'm not misremembering that number. And also, we went to a liberated area Wolnowacha, and saw a hospital there that was badly destroyed. And the, I'm sorry, I haven't already said this, have I? I'm a little bit..
No, no.
Sometimes I wonder if I'm repeating myself.
I'm just blown away by how, you know, it just makes me sad every time we talk about this stuff, because these people get misrepresented. Like they're the terrorists while they're being killed, same like everywhere else.
So I'll try and make my point more succinctly. But in Wolnowacha we saw this hospital that was badly destroyed. And we talked with the chief physician who spoke for five or six minutes. And in that time, he specifically said a couple of times: Ukrainian soldiers had occupied the hospital. They brought weapons into the hospital. And he definitely said before they left before they retreated, they mined the ICU. Right. And then there was also a nurse now I can't say for sure whether the French media heard this elderly nurse who had worked at the hospital for I think it was like six decades. I don't know if they heard her. I think they did. But let's assume even if they didn't, we all heard the chief physician make that point. But this elderly nurse also was devastated that the hospital had been largely destroyed. She also specifically stated Ukrainian forces were in the hospital and had militarized it and why would they do this to our people, is what she said. And the French media, what did they do for their reports? Did they include the chief phisician? Yes, they did. They included around three seconds at best of him saying, I don't know how this happened. And it was totally disingenuous because he very specifically stated and I have a video, I put it on my blog when I wrote an article about this delegation how these people lied and omitted facts, very key facts. I put this video out and you can see quite clearly he stipulates Ukrainian forces were in the hospital. And the other thing disingenuous thing they did was they did not talk about the March 14th attack, even though if this had been in Ukrainian city, they sure would have talked about, it would have been the major point of their report. And they didn't talk about the eight years of war on the Donbass, all they did was say, we’re here, this is what Russia wants us to see essentially. That's it. So I mean, these are people that saw and heard the same things I heard and saw but chose to cherry pick what they're going to report.
I mean, it's just such a common, what I keep trying to point out and here's an example of this I'll point out next. This shows you beyond a shadow of a doubt that they're aware that they're hiding something. There's no way you could do what you just described and not have that person be aware that they're covering up part of something that exposes that they're lying, there's just no way around it. Alan MacLeod just pointed this out. This is from the Die Welt. This are, ah right there Die Welt. They call it “The lie of the “neo-Nazi” battalion and the guilt of the West”. And he points out, but the image they literally used to discuss the Azov battalion has three unambiguous Nazi symbols in it right? It's just ridiculous. And then I point out after he did that, look at what they did, they changed the title to “Today's Azov regiment no longer has anything to do with the “neo-Nazi” battalion” and then use an image that doesn't even show the Azov battalion because their image would show you a Nazi symbol. So what I said is, it shows you that it makes it all the more obvious that they're well aware that they're hiding what they pretend is not there, you just can't get past that, at some level, they're very aware that they're covering up the reality. And I just think that's super important for people to understand.

Do you remember, in Syria and I don't remember the guys’ name I think he was British I might be wrong. He was a journalist and was captured, I think, by ISIS. And there was a video of him. Gosh, I don't want to muck this up. But I think basically, in the video, you could see insignia of either al Qaeda or ISIS. And maybe it was like a flag or something. And he described the White Helmets as working with them, you know. And it's just like, the media, I can't remember how that video was actually portrayed, but like, that was an accidental like, Oops, admission, I suppose. But certainly the media wouldn't have highlighted that. I just want to say, my internet is breaking up a bit, but I did want to talk about what I saw today if you don't mind.
Please, yeah, jump right into it. Go ahead.
So I sent you a link. I don't know if you see it in the chat there. A tweet of mine.
Yeah, go ahead and Start. I have the tweet. I'll bring it up.
Yeah. Okay. So basically, around noon, it might have been just before noon today. Ukrainian forces again, attacked Donetsk, they attacked an area just west of the heart of Donetsk. I'm not sure for sure what kind of missile it was. One man I spoke with said it was a Grad. In any case, at least five people were killed. And, what was the tally, I said, I think 23 were injured, including some people that were badly injured. And I went with another journalist who speaks Russian, I am very clear in stating I don't speak Russian beyond a few words here and there. But he was able to interview this man who works at the market and the man took us around, and I didn't expect the bodies to be still there. Actually, I thought they would you know, two hours later, I thought they would have been gone. So I was a bit shocked to see they're still there. I mean, I have unfortunately seen such dead bodies on many occasions prior and occupied Palestine. But yeah, I did blur the faces just out of respect for the dead. And because I know some people can't handle seeing that visual, but this is this is the reality that people here have been enduring for eight years. And the man said, like, you know, we walked around, it's quite a large market. It's surrounded by apartment buildings. It's completely a residential area. There's no military target there. He said that their area has been targeted many times over the years. But it's pure terrorizing. That's all it is. There's no military strategic objective in targeting that area. It's just more people. And what was the other point I was going to make? Oh, well, the journalist I was with noted that that the man had said the attack occurred around noon and that this was like one of the busiest times of day and that's, you know, precisely what the …
We might have lost her there guys. I'm going to give it a moment, see if she comes back. But just to continue on her point that this is typically what we see in Syria and Israel, or rather, occupied Palestine, we continue to see them target the locations where it will have the most damage, the most effect, which we're talking about human life here. And this is documented, discussed openly. And there's just some points I'll show you. Hopefully we get her back. If not, I'll just continue through it. Oh, there we go. Got you back.
Sorry, I don't know what happened there. I'll just make my point. I'm just going to say, the targeting of these densely populated areas at a busy time of days, precisely what terrorist factions did in Syria, even if you just look at Damascus, of course, they did this in Aleppo, they did this in Homs, they did this all throughout areas they occupied, or were next to. But in Damascus alone, because as you know, I spent quite a bit of time in Damascus from 2014 and other areas of Syria, of course, but I was in the old city of Damascus in the east gate region, and that was closest to the areas that were being occupied in eastern Ghuta. And the terrorist chose times when children would be going to and from school, or when busy marketplaces would be filled. And this is this is what happened today, it’s the same tactic.
It's very unfortunate, you know, and as always I think what's important to point out is that this stuff is, oh, by the way, I'm glad, I didn't want to forget this. What exact location was this, you said, and this was in what, in the Donbass region, this is where this happened?
I'm sorry. Could you repeat that, please?
I just wanted to confirm before I move forward, what the exact region, I thought I missed it when you were talking, this is the Donbass region? This is in a specific area in the Donbass region?
Yes, it is. I'm just going to open my tweet because I can't remember the name of the… In Kirovsky. So it is just west of the heart of Donetsk city. So it's, I think, technically considered Donetsk, Oblast, kind of like, not in the heart of Donetsk, but still part of the government. It's my understanding. But anyway, look, it took me from where I am now it took me a 20 minute cab ride to get there.
Well, my point was just that…
And uh…
Go ahead.
Oh, yeah. Just the other point, again, that this journalist says was, he was like, you know, because I said, well, this is a bigger market than normal, like, it's quite long. And he's like, well, yeah, you know, because he's, he's lived in Russia. And so he has a good understanding of Russian culture. And he's like, you know, this is where the working class people come, because this is where you get everything you need, but not at expensive retail prices, but like, you know, in market prices. And so, again, this region, this market, sorry, in the time of day, would have been very packed with people and Ukrainian forces shelling knew that.
Right, right. Yeah. I just wanted to make sure the point and where exactly it was because it doesn't make sense. I mean, is it possible that this was an accidental or deliberate bomb from any, from Russia or anybody? It's certainly - anything's possible. But you have to go. Like we just talked about throughout this conversation, we need evidence to back these things up. And the argument that I would make, and the point I'm making is how they might try to frame this as a Russian attack or that we should consider that. It makes no logical strategic military sense to bomb a location that you're currently in control of. It just does not add up other than their broad, meaningless, baseless argument that they're just crazy, that just doesn't … Go ahead.
No, I mean, it's the same argument of like, for example, in any of the chemical allegations in Syria, if the Syrian army …
Oh, we might have lost her again. That's the point I always make as well, right, that the idea whether it's here, or Syria or anywhere else, it is simply ridiculous to argue that they would do the one thing that would trigger the action they don't want to take place from the other side, in this case, the United States government. They're already floating all the ideas, the discussions and NATO joining and more arming and everything they're discussing based on red lines, even though they're crossing red lines everywhere, that Russia points out, it's ridiculous. But anyway, I'm going to jump forward and hope she comes back. In any case, it seems like she's having trouble with the internet at the moment. But what I was going to go into next was this discussion. The idea that - this is Bucha. This is the… Here she comes back, and we'll get her thoughts on this.
Sorry, I'll finish… My point was that the same illogical rationale of the Syrian army using chemical weapons in Ghuta, for example, because there were Syrian soldiers - I interviewed Wassim Issa, who was a really heroic Syrian soldier who lost both his lower legs to terrorist bombing. But he told me in I think it was the 2013 alleged attack in (inaudible), he said, like I was there on the ground, and the allegations of the chemical attack then, I believe, that was like 100 meters from where he was and he was like, we had a defensive position. We were not attacking, we were defending, but if an attack had occurred, I'd be dead, you know, and also, the Syrian soldiers would be dead. There are Russian soldiers here, you know, they could have been killed. It makes no sense whatsoever. In any way, you know, this has been happening for years before Russian soldiers came, before the military operation in Ukraine. This is just a continuation of, frankly, what is terrorism.
Yep. Exactly. By the very definition of the word, exactly.
Yeah.
And that's the idea that I was saying before, just to clarify, in case that was confusing, that they're being framed as terrorists, even as they're the ones being attacked, and same thing happens in Palestine, and it breaks my heart. But can we get a couple of thoughts before, in case you lose the internet again, and I was wanting to jump in the next point in regard to Azov, specifically, but I just wanted to make sure people saw this and maybe if you hadn't, comment. This is Bucha. This is on video, Ukrainian military dragging these bodies into place that ended up being in the same position as they were when Maxar Technology showed this. Now, what I found really telling about this is that this video comes out on Twitter, the Twitter verse, and the public opinion courtroom all argues about what's happening. Oh, no, I heard it was IEDs they were checking for to make sure Russia didn't plant, whatever. But that's never made it in the Western press. This video is as if it didn't even exist, according to Western media. But what's interesting is that you can verifiably point out that it's ridiculous. Anybody in the military and I've checked with a few of them, would say, look, this guy's like 10 feet away, are we really going to pretend he's trying to check for IEDs when he would kill himself if it actually happened? Or the fact that they would continue moving it after that, and walk up to it kick the body? Like it's just kind of a silly argument. So bottom line is, here's evidence of Ukraine military moving bodies in the streets in Bucha. Right. So it's amazing this evidence can be in existence yet. It's not anywhere in the Western media, corporate media. It's not anywhere outside of a Twitter argument. And it shows me the same positions they end up in and also shows you the bodies before, they would be, like, if they were there for a week in 50 degree temperatures, like they claimed, they would be a balloon at this point. I mean, anybody in these zones as I know, I haven't. But I know people like yourself that have discussed these things. And it's pretty horrific when you see bodies that have been in the sun for a week. That's not what they look like. So I just think that's interesting. We can push past that if you want. Unless you want to comment on it. I know you have limited time with your internet.
Well, yeah, I'm really sorry. I don't know, it keeps cutting out. I think there are general problems with the internet, as of today, for whatever reason. So I mean, no, I mean, you and I know this. And I think I would imagine, of course, your followers and viewers know this. But like, again, Western corporate media does not exist to tell us what's happening in terms of like, here's the news, it exists to sell us what's happening in terms of the message they want to sell. Right? So that's why you're not going to see videos like this that contradict…
Oh, dang it. I was just going to ask you one of my favorite questions. I wanted to ask her if she thinks that the people reporting this in corporate media, to some degree actually believe their own BS and aren't smart enough to realize that they're just toeing the line, right. In any case, this is a really obvious and revealing video, as I was going to say, on the New York Times own reporting of this where they cite Maxar Technologies, it shows the video of the same Mercedes, the same body, the same street, and it's the same exact position, I mean, and so either they dragged it into position and took the picture, or they did what they did, and then put it back into place. I mean, it's just kind of a silly argument. But if she comes back, we'll jump into the next part of it, which was the OSCE and the claims of Russian war crimes. Now, what's interesting is the same argument that were discussing on a previous show, which is that they're arguing right now from the, oh, this is the, where's the name? Oh, I keep forgetting the group's name, the OSCE. Sorry, this is, let me see here. I don't know why I can't find this from last time. But anyway, the group which I'll grab as we go through here, which we just reported on. I’ll just find it really quickly. OSCE, or am I saying it backwards. OSCE. There it is. The main name here. Okay. So this is the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, which is a gigantic entity, which I wasn't aware of before this, which covers this exact topic, and continues to point out, before we got here, that the Ukrainian army was guilty of just the utmost top, like the worst of the worst of the worst human rights violations over and over and over, right up until now. It's amazing, right? And then now that's just not existing. We're not referencing that we're not talking about it. And it doesn't even play a factor but now it's all Russian war crimes, by the way without evidence. And that's what you're going to see. Their report is circulating alleging Russian war crimes in Ukraine. And that is exactly what it sounds like. You can read it on Eva’s blog itself. And the reality that this is stemming 100% from the same people we just pointed out got caught lying about Mariupol mass graves or Bucha, or anything else. The very same mayor and Ukrainian says “entities”. That's all it rests on. Meanwhile, here's the report we discussed from 2016. We went over this in a previous show, which is horrific. The image you're looking at right now, as you've seen before, is this person’s beaten and battered arms and hands, bruised and bloody as the image says right here: tortured to death by SBU officers, November 2014. This is after US control. By the way on top of that I was hoping to get Eva Bartlett's comment on this, but they're right now framing it as if the journalism, you know, is under attack because Russia is present, despite the fact that the Atlantic Council and plenty of others made it clear, as you've seen before, that, up until that point, the deadliest profession in Ukraine was being a journalist, and that people were being killed and attacked. We’re talking about BBC, Reuters, Al Jazeera, all of them, saying that we're being attacked by the Ukrainian government. And now they can't even be bothered to point at it. It's very revealing. I was hoping to get her thoughts on this kind of discussion. But I guess we can just wrap it up there in general, guys, because really, you've heard my thoughts about this topic in general, but just recognize that the bottom line is that this has been built, regardless of what you think of Russia and what they're capable of, what they've done, and which is all certainly fair, relevant and what you should consider, but we should always wait for facts and evidence to make an allegation. The CIA has verifiably built a fascist entity to use against the Soviet Union post world war two and then after the Cold War against Russia, essentially, after that developed. The point is that they've now built from 2014 forward the Azov battalion it's all on the record. Here's Whitney's great article about Ukraine and the new Al Qaeda, how this was built, organized, planned. And this is the one from before that, from not just Azov, not the movement or the battalion, the CIA has been cultivating fascism in Ukraine since at least 1948. It's their own documentation. (inaudible) ,the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists - it all ties together, guys, they have been building this. And they were also writing about it right up until 2021, where they're telling you that this is happening, how a white supremacist militia uses Facebook to train, and they talk about the international scope, and the different groups and the movement and then 30 seconds later it's that they didn't exist after 2016. It's incredible. Now going past 2021, here's an updated document from March 2022. And it makes the exact same argument of the Azov battalion specifically, but rather that they're a movement today. Now to finish off, I wanted to make sure we saw this which I'll talk about in today's show. The governor of Nicolaev Oblast in Ukraine says that civilians cooperating with Russia will face extrajudicial execution. And admits that the blogger assassinated in his car that we discussed, was a traitor and says more will happen. This is the democracy that you're supporting guys.
Now, let me see if I have the video, I can play that real quick. Otherwise, I'll download it really quickly for you all to see. So this is important because this person is openly, openly standing there telling you that he is going to murder people, if they're working with the Russian government, and not just military, but civilians, actually just assisting them. And we've already seen this discussion where they're claiming it's fake news, right? Because they wouldn't do that, except here they are literally saying we're going to do that we have done that. And we're going to continue to do that. So what are you going to listen to what the media says the people want to do or what they literally themselves openly say they want to do? And this has been confirmed. I have the original link I'll put in the show notes from the interview itself.
Meanwhile, a Regional Governor of Ukraine has claimed he's ready to hunt down and execute people who support Russia. The chilling words came in an interview with a Ukrainian news channel.
Today a Russian blogger was shot dead in his car. This means that there are still Russian traitors in Ukraine and all traitors will be executed. I am not afraid of this word, it will be so and we will not be able to stop people from shooting traitors either.
I want to remind everyone that a service has already begun work that will look for such people.
It’s already operating, you need to understand that we are far ahead in terms of information technology hacking, we have very good specialists. And there are large databases, everyone can be tracked. No one can escape justice.
Doesn't get much clearer than that, guys. Now, again, you can choose to take what he tells you, he thinks. And you can check the link for yourself and recognize that's very much what he actually said. And the databases and the tracking and the whole great reset technocratic reference that we're not supposed to connect with the bigger story, the obvious reality that this is something bigger going on. And it's amazing, the direct, hypocritical misrepresentation as we discussed the inverse of reality from the corporate media as we hear what they tell you they're doing as they discuss their plans to grow this fascist entity throughout Europe throughout the world and continue to push their ideology, which by the way, is clearly in my opinion, being built and planned to lay at the feet of people in this country that challenge the government narrative, as if it's only one side of a false two party paradigm. The reality is they've been doing this anywhere else you've ever looked. Any other situation you've ever looked, or we've heard talked about Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Bolivia and on and on and on and on. The question is whether or not you are critical thinking enough to have shown enough discernment to be able to stand back and acknowledge that reality. Not the reality of what I think is happening, the reality that you are being lied to. It's easy to show, it just is whether you're willing to look at it. So Eva, thank you for joining me today. I'm sad, unfortunately, we lost your internet there, which is something that you deal with when you're in areas like this, when during conflict and so on. But we'll try to connect with her again in the future. But I tell you guys, there's a few out there with the kind of integrity of someone like Eva Bartlett. And by the way, as I've already been told, her work is being used out there by people that aren't giving her credit, which is typically what happens, the usual suspects. The bottom line is, this is somebody out there fighting for you. Show discernment, question what she's giving you because you should. Question what I'm telling you, because that's your responsibility. Self-responsibility is the foundational tenet of any kind of actual representative or any free society. So thank you for joining me today. Continue to check out Eva's work. I'll put all of her links in the show notes. As always guys, question everything. Come to your own conclusions. Stay vigilant.

The free journalist Eva Bartlett boldly explores on location and exposes the narrative of the corporate media as dishonest propaganda. She gives insight into the situation in war zones and consequently into the criminal practice of the established media. Be it now the mainstream reporting about mass graves in Ukraine or back then about chemical attacks in Syria - independent observers on the ground have experienced a different reality. Watch now the second part of the interview by "The last American Vagabond" with Eva Bartlett and form your own opinion! Transcription of the interview: And yeah, I think your expression inverse of reality is the perfect expression to describe how corporate media functions. When I went to Duma some weeks after the alleged, chemical hoax or chemical attack - the hoax, you know, most people I met and as you know, I speak local Arabic, so I was speaking with them one on one, most I met were like: “what are you talking about chemical, we want to tell you how they starved us and how they imprisoned us and how they executed people in public squares”, you know, that’s… Sounds pretty familiar to what we're hearing in Ukraine right now, doesn't it? No, you know, it's just… Well, I mean, yeah, I mean, your question, why would Russia use those weapons? 56:57 Do you remember, in Syria and I don't remember the guys’ name I think he was British I might be wrong. Oh, well, the journalist I was with noted that that the man had said the attack occurred around noon and that this was like one of the busiest times of day and that's, you know, precisely what the … We might have lost her there guys. Well, my point was just that… And uh… Go ahead. No, I mean, it's the same argument of like, for example, in any of the chemical allegations in Syria, if the Syrian army … Oh, we might have lost her again. Right? So that's why you're not going to see videos like this that contradict… Oh, dang it.
