Me nënshkrimin e tyre, nënshkruesit e Deklaratës së Mjekëve të Heidelbergut po distancohen me vendosmëri nga masat e përcaktuara nga qeveria gjatë krizës së Korona. Edhe pse të detyrueshme në të drejtën e përgjithshme ndërkombëtare dhe në Kodin e Nurembergut, këto të drejta u thyen nga masat e qeverisë!
Parimet e mjekësisë së përgjegjshme dhe praktikës mjekësore mbështeten sërish nga mjekët e poshtëshënuar. Përparësia kryesore e praktikës mjekësore është ruajtja e dinjitetit të çdo individi!

Shumë prindër, fëmijët e shkollës kanë aktualisht po përjetojnë mungesa të shpeshta nga mësimet. Kudo bie breshëri pushimi mjekësor, përfshirë mësuesit. Në një shkollë në RLP, për shembull, një drejtor arsyetoi anulimin e shpeshtë të mësimeve duke thënë se sëmundjet ishin rezultat i një sistemi imunitar të dobësuar te mësuesit. Dhe tani vjen: Maskat, të cilat supozohet t'i mbrojnë ata, si fëmijët ashtu edhe mësuesit, tani janë fajtorë për faktin se kaq shumë janë të sëmurë, pasi mësuesit u është dashur të mbajnë maska vazhdimisht në dy vitet e fundit dhe prandaj sistemi i tyre imunitar shtrihet në tokë. Për prindërit që donin të mbronin fëmijët e tyre, pra edhe mësuesit, kjo duhet të tingëllojë si një shaka! Në fillim të masave të Korona, thuajse asnjë drejtor nuk tregoi guximin për të mbështetur një fëmijë apo mësues, por ata iu përmbaheshin në mënyrë kategorike udhëzimeve politike. Dhe mjekët e drejtë që guxuan të ndihmonin fëmijët ose të rriturit e prekur përmes heqjes së maskave, tani përballen me ndjekje penale. Si mund të ndiqet e njëjta gjë me gjoba dhe gjykata nga njëra anë dhe të shërbejë si argument dhe justifikim nga ana tjetër? Në "Deklaratën e Mjekëve të Heidelbergut", mjekët distancohen nga abuzimet e këtij lloji, as nuk duan t'i trajtojnë pacientët e tyre me standarde të dyfishta dhe as nuk duan të miratojnë masat e dekretuara nga qeveria e asaj kohe. Që në fillim kishte mjekë në “corona plandemic” që ndoqën intuitën e tyre dhe kritikuan ashpër masat shtrënguese të koronës. Në njërën prej tyre, Dr. Ronny Weikl, sistemi tani dëshiron të japë një shembull. sepse dr Për shkak se ai ndoqi etikën e tij profesionale dhe detyrimin e tij si mjek, ai me certifikata i liroi pacientët e prekur nga kërkesa e maskës, e cila ishte vërtetuar se ishte e dëmshme. Prokuroria varet kryesisht nga dhënia e çertifikatave për fëmijët, sepse mjeku ka dashur të mbrojë më të vegjlit. Prokurori publik kërkon dy vjet burg dhe gjobë si dhe ndalim profesional për babanë e disa familjeve! Më 15 nëntor 2022 ndaj tij është shqiptuar aktgjykimi: një vit burgim me kusht dhe gjobë prej 50 mijë euro. Një skandal ligjor! Gjyqësori po bën një gjykim politik për t'u mbyllur gojën mjekëve që janë të përkushtuar ndaj ndërgjegjes dhe betimeve të tyre të profesionit. Por gjithnjë e më shumë mjekë, psikoterapistë dhe dentistë po ngrihen në këmbë! Ata e shpalosin opinionin e tyre, p.sh., në të ashtuquajturën "Deklarata e Heidelberg". Ata i shohin masat e përcaktuara nga qeveria gjatë krizës së Corona si shkelje të Kodit të Nurembergut. Ata ankohen se parimet e mjekësisë së përgjegjshme dhe praktikës së mirë mjekësore u thyen gjatë krizës së Koronës 2020-2022, megjithëse ato janë të detyrueshme në Kodin e Nurembergut dhe në të drejtën e përgjithshme ndërkombëtare. Të gjithë mjekët që e kanë nënshkruar distancohen me vendosmëri nga kjo ndërprerje dhe duan të mbajnë përsëri praktikën e mirë mjekësore, standardet e provuara shkencore dhe ndërveprimin e civilizuar shoqëror. Dinjiteti i çdo njeriu është dhe mbetet, veçanërisht në kohë krize, prioriteti kryesor i praktikës së tyre mjekësore. Respekt dhe falenderim për të gjithë mjekët që janë besnikë ndaj thirrjes së tyre dhe që janë të përkushtuar ndaj pacientëve të tyre më shumë se paratë!
